I would be great to have a 5 day trend line / average line so that one can see if trading performance is still on track or dipping below the trend line on the trade performance chart.

In my opinion FX Growth Manager was optimised for the different pairs used for trading - but markets are always changing - this is why robots that works brilliantly today might not work as good in the future or in worst case start loosing money! I suspect this is what has happened to FX Growth Manager.I did request that Ben provide an update or at least optimised settings but I was told the robot works fine. Well FX Growth Manager is on a "fine" loosing streak for the past few months ... and in my opinion will stay on this path unless optimised again for current market conditions.

I had 3 x Forex Envy accounts on $500 USD cents accounts and all 3 got blown - but so did many others, even their own account. The EA is working brilliantly AND they DO WARN YOU to create a savings account in the event it blows up.I am currently running both Power Long (9 charts) and Short (5 charts) as well as the new ver 3 Ultimate (5 charts) on a USD cents account with only $300 in the account (30,000 USD cents).I am seeing gains of between $20 and $30 (2,000 and 3,000 USD cents) per day in my account - that is about 5% to 10% per day!I have calculated that you would need approximately 271,...

JohanWrt Forex Magic Formula - pages and pages of selling and no real proof. For real proof I always come to MyFXBook to see LIVE accounts that are at least 6 months to a year old. I also go and check on ForexPeaceArmy.com - if it also not there, then I stay away!Take careBarry

JohanRunning more than 1 robot on an account is looking for serious trouble! BUT if you do not have the funds, what can one do? Go for either for high profits or loose everything! Hi johanMillion Dollar Pips on backtest make any other look like they are standing still - unfortunately on a live account it does not perform that well. I am seeing wins and losses but currently there were more losses than wins. Forgot - you need to select the robot (Expert Advisor top box) and the currency pair (Symbol) and obviously the time frame (Period). DO NOT tick the Optimization checkbox. If ticked you will not see anything happening - this tick box is only used when you want to optimize the robot settings.

First you need to download history data of the currency pair your robot uses (example EUR/USD M1) - lets say from 2009 up to current (Jul 2012) - that is 3.5 years of data. When you run strategy tester (The little icon with the magnifying glass on the top bar or the terminal- next to New Order button) a window below the chart will open.In this new window you set the start date and end date - on the "Use Date" boxes enter 01 July 2009 as the start date and 01 July 2012 as the end date - you first have to tick Use Date to allow changes. SharIf you want to do MANUAL trading you better first learn the ropes and gain months if not years of practise trading before risking your hand at forex manual trading. It is a known fact that manual traders (that knows their stuff and have the experience) makes millions more than automated trading robots, but why do you want to do manual if all the trading experience, knowledge etc, everything is already coded into an EA?When I though I knew enough on how to trade, I tried it once and failed miserably - definately not for me. Have been using robots ever since and never regretted one day of it...

Hi Professor53I bought PipJet 2 days after release and did a backtest - impressive results! Even better than MegaDroid. My recommendation is to put this on an account with at least $1,000. Lower deposits also work but the robot's real magic begins when that sweet spot of $1,000 equity is breached.In my opinion (regardless of what the developers say) it is a revised MegaDroid trading the USD CAD instead of EUR USD - obviously the code has been modified to fit the USD CAD profile but the MegaDroid recovery code is the real magic of both these robots. Even the manual they provided for PipJet ...

The problem with most fly-by-night quick-buck Forex EAs released in the past was that a person/programmer created something that could show huge profits over a very short time. Every Tom Dick and Harry bought the robot thinking they will achieve the same results (ForexID10T included!).BUT a robot that works on one broker fails miserably on another broker, even if the same deposit value is used, same settings - everything the same except the broker - the difference in spread and connection to the broker server, order execution speed are all factors that can either make or break the robot.SECOND...
