You mentioned in your email that you run Demo 8 days and realm money 3 days.This is not the policy, you need to READ THE POLICY AGAIN, 20 days are not from the date of purchase, 20 days for RUNNING Robot either on demo or real money account as per suggested settings.

One of the demo account was expired so it get removed. I thought you can read Myfxbook statements like viz our real account had max drawdown of 18% ONCE ( it shows on my fxbook chart) which was recovered so if you are saying one account had 20%- then it would have the same situation.I suggest you wait and see another downward ( best to monitor real money account) trend and then see how system behave and if you are not comfortable then you do not need to buy.
