@Oldchartreader: I am wondering about that to, because before I was running MDP on so many brokers at once with smaller lot sizes, I have traded up to 9 lots on one broker (ECN) and didn´t have any other timings or slippage than with 0.01, 0.10, 1 or 5 lots. Timings always did stay as they have been since 0.01 lots.The reason I am running it on many brokers is simply for security of my profits as for technical problems that a broker might have or withdrawal problems (you never know). Not really a problem at all, I am using MDP on 6 different brokers now. All perform slightly different, but all good. This means several good things: first, you can keep the lot size at 1 lot and still trade 6 lots (1 lot at 6 brokers = 6 lots traded at each spike) and the equity curve is also smoothed out because they all perform slightly different. One looses for the day overall, the other makes a big win, the other days it´s vice-versa. Lowers the drawdown, smoothes the equity curve and if one broker has a problem you don´t really care because other perform. It´s simply s...

No worries about my backtests, I´ve used Dukascopy tick-data and have been live-trading MDP since a few months now. When now running the tick-data backtest for the months I´ve live-traded MDP, the trades almost match 99% to the ones I had on my live account.

Then you need to find a better broker, I had only very small losses, not one order ran to the full stop loss for me.

Cinar: Lost it´s profitability? Do you really think it is ALWAYS winning each and every trade? It has drawdowns as well, just like any strategy. There is NO strategy that wins all the time. I´ve run several tick-data backtests on EURUSD from 2001 to 2011 for MDP, there ARE drawdowns, but the curve is almost straight over 10 years and I haven´t seen any other EA like this without that it uses a martingale or a stop loss of 300 pips. chromeie: stop posting uneducated crap - YOU are the scam, man;) Search on myfxbook in the System category for "MDP", you will find enough users running MDP on live accounts with very good results (including me). For me it´s the best EA I´ve ever invested in, because it has made back that amount by far already. And I don´t try to sell you anything, as you see.

We count pips, not their value. You just count your order open price - your order close price = that´s your profit in pips. The lot size doesn´t matter when providing the results in pips.

Oh now William, the creator of MDP is selling a membership for 79$ a month at http://www.milliondollarpips.com/membership.html !!! Promising to list working brokers for the members + special updates. Wow, I already dropped him an email, telling him that as a buyer of his EA, this membership should be FREE and not 79$ (!) / month, as well I asked him if this means I don´t get updates anymore even though I´ve paid for the EA and free updates were promised when buying it.I really find that kind of very bad style to charge customers that already paid for this EA to gain the information...

Yea, they DO differ a lot, it really all depends on execution time. On all brokers I´ve tested the same rule applies: the best results come with the brokers that offer the fastest execution and the lowest slippage + spread. The slower ones with 1s+ exec times do fail on a regular base.
