It's an EA. Sometime, I will exit the open trades manually.

My account was facing this updating issue as highlighted by you. Since yesterday, I have followed myfxbook suggestion which 'uses the EA to update my account' method instead of the old method using auto update by investor password. It is updating now but sometimes I noticed it can take longer than 5 mins. I hope myfxbook admin can resolve this issue soon.
