But its not an issue with the trade copying that caused the loss, its #1 the signal sent just before major US news and #2 failure to manually stop the trade earlier. Both issues are nothing to do with the EA - they are more to do with the trader. Perhaps he's adding a news filter option and personal stop loss - a few more details like that would have been great at this point.One bit of good news that is implied from his email is that he is still prepared to continue with the service.I wonder if his "it may take up to 1 week" will also extend to the next signal? I hope not beca...

Perhaps sPhantom can add a news filter to the copier EA and we can enable/disable it as we wish? I would like to skip all trade series +/- 2 hours of high impact US or EU news.

Assuming sPhantom is going to continue - why not just use the system at 10% risk and don't get a refund? Of course, if this service has stopped I agree that those who have just purchased (say in the last couple of months) should get a full refund. Its not good to sell a signal service and then stop it a couple of weeks later.I repeat what I said earlier - it would be good to hear from the vendor to know of their intention to continue or not - it would seem that if they don't do this, there will be a hell of a lot of heat until the next sPhantom signal.

Agree, trading just before the FOMC was mad.However its probably my fault - every single EA I buy tanks as soon as I buy it - I bought this one a couple of weeks ago - sorry about that!I'm only on 10% risk - so not catastrophic.

After performing optimization at 99%, I can see that 65% has the best profit factor - however this seems to only trade about once a week (at the US close). The best % looks like 100 - where all sessions are traded - there is a lot (40%) of drawdown but the profit factor is good (1.4) over the last 4 years.I would go with 100% but reduce the amount to trade to fit your draw down requirements.Perhaps the vendor would consider telling us exactly which % of profit trade on which sessions - or even better, remove the % monthly profit parameter and replace it with a risk and enable/disable each ses...

I am intrigued by this robot. It looks like you are trading at the open and close of the markets - is that true? Please could you describe the strategy a little? There seems to be a relationship between the number of pips TP/SL and the time - are these values fixed in the robot or dynamic?

You see November reports 230%. Now this is completely distorting the whole graph and all the numbers! Unfortunately I cannot take this seriously - although it does look ok (after you discount November) Also, the current set of files that you have to install are suspect in my opinion. Why cant FGB ship an EA where you enter a serial and its DLL communicates with the server and authenticates? AS it is there are 2 very suspect executable files - what they do is anyones guess and I would rather not have them in my system folder thank you very much.Also - the fact that they recommend think for...
