@profitrobot: We have had some impressive results thus far, thanks for the ride.However, today seems pretty disastrous. Are you thinking about an exit strategy for these trades yet? I'm not sure that the floor is anywhere near the current price level of 1.376...

Hi Team,Please add a mute feature so that I can hide users who are either being obnoxious or ignorant on other peoples boards that I am subscribed to. Perhaps you could also introduce banning people from topics who have over a certain number of mutes from different people and then a complete ban from the site when they have been muted in multiple topics (a sort of reverse vouch system).Thanks for reading...QAoM

Understandably you will want to keep your exact strategy to yourselves, but can you explain your method for entry and exit in rough outline please? Given the subscription fee and the need for and individuals due diligence, I think this is a valid question to ask.There are a number of us who invested in sPhantom and got stung. From a whois lookup on sphantom.com:Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2014-05-03 17:47:47This is either a case of forgetting to renew the domain, or purposefully allowing the domain to expire.There are some users on here that I would dearly love to mute so I don't have to read their drivel ... its a shame that myfxbook does not implement this facility!

I'm fairly certain that this is a manual close from the information given here: https://corporate.ibfx.com/News/What-are-Interbank-FXs-Margin-Requirements.... assuming that that the margin requirements are the same (but scaled) at leverage 1:400. Additionally, if this was a broker MC, a signal would not have been generated to close from this (unless they wrote some logic in the EA to scan for forced closure and then generate the close signal).

From the metatrader logs, the trades were closed out by the sPhantom team, not by broker stopout.

@sPhantom Can you comment on when you will close out these disastrous trades and what your "group of live analysts, in addition to your advanced market watcher software" (from your website) were thinking when taking these trades in the first place, please?Whilst I am not adverse to the drawdown (most systems will suffer at some point) and have no issue with the loss of investment, your lack of communication and your inaction during the past few trades has been a cause for concern and may put off future purchasers of your trading robot.

@vincegis Thats a massive stretch considering sPhantoms trades and my own ended at 39 mins past the hour. Slippage is unlikely as there appeared to be significant liquidity judging by Oanda's orders book. This leaves NETWORK latency which is the most likely as the morning European session is the busiest trading time and also sees significant internet traffic generated from European businesses.

You can't guarantee low latency over the web. You can only minimise the latency by using a computer with decent CPU cycles and RAM latency, coupled with decent network bandwidth and low ping to the 'master' trading service and the broker.I use Alpari UK spread-betting using their VPS service which performs within acceptable tolerances. However, I believe there has to be a better way for sPhantom to close out the recovery and primary trades than signalling the trade copier to close all trades when asked.

Can you explain your exit strategy please? It appears that you close all trades manually when the second (recovery) trade is active. Due to differences in broker pricing or latency in speed of transaction, some of your customers, (myself included) end with a small loss rather than the small profit that your trading experiences.Whilst we are grateful not to have huge losses, the small loss is irritating, especially as the recovery trades on our accounts go to net break even or even net profit before the trades close in a loss.

You haven't answered why your marketing blurb on your website contains the same marketing blurb as the breakout hunter EA which has been around a lot longer than yours.i want to believe you as your results are amazing, but I fail to see why you would have the same product descriptions and reviews.

Firstly, I haven't tried this EA myself. However, I wanted to buy this EA but the reviews here put me off which prompted me to do some digging.The copy here: http://profitempirerobot.com/ is the same as the copy here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Forex-Trend-Trading-Robot-Expert-Advisor-MT4-EA-system-/300572289603.All ProfitEmpireRobot has done is to swap out the name "The breakout hunter" for their own. Even the reviews are the same.Can you explain this please?QAoM
