Nothing at this time. Customer service is improving.

I have used EnviFX since 2020 and been satisfied. The company did have an upgrade at the end of October 2023 and communication was good during the transition. They continue to update their platform and I recently heard they are looking at a new backend with more options.

Very clean and neat platform without too many bells and whistles. I like the fact they can take in and pay out in crypto. The 500x leverage is good, but commissions are pretty high. Also the spreads on BTCUSD are over $80 which is insane. When trading high lots like I do, the process is not sustainable and I will be forced to seek out another broker for my live accounts, as $8/lot is too much for us. We are trading 500 lots in many cases, and $8/lot is unreasonable.

i'm just getting started but I appreciate the help from the support team. They always help with my questions either answering me or directing me to the source for my answer. I've learned that the spreads do increase during NY/Asian close/open. Now that I know that I can plan my trades accordingly. I'm looking forward to learning more.

Everything is great so far about this broker except that you can not wire transfer. They only accept bit coin transfers which has been a pain in the a$$ getting money in and out when other brokers and or wallets freeze bitcoin transfers for days while wire transfers can literally and easily be done freely.

Simple setup, KYC is very simple and intuitive.
Leverage available is up to 500x.
I noticed the spreads are very tight and competitive.
I have been using them for a while now and I appreciate the fact that they permit and even encourage the use of Expert Advisors.
Having an ECN account is a real gamechanger.

I am looking forward to continuing my forex journey with Envifx.
