I have been with Grand Capital for many years.
There customer support and technical support is excellent.
Managers are always courteous and helpful.
I don't understand how others find this broker "terrible", maybe they just made conclusion immediately without trying to reach our to GC's customer service or mangers.
They have great services like cashback, bonuses, risk free trading promo, welcome bonus, micro account for those that are still learning and want to expose little capital, amongst so many other benefits.
