Hi trora,
Excel Markets provide really competitive spreads served up in a commission-free account with a small initial deposit. What I really like about them is that they report true averages taken from tick data for all trading periods during the previous week, including periods of low liquidity such as Sundays. I trade on a weekly plan pulled together on that day, so I depend on accuracy but I do lean heavily also on economic news reviews.
I'm sure there are other brokers out there and am always looking for the best deal, so let me know!
