Exactly what i did. I reduced my risk factor and all was good!

You all just very lucky. That's all. A month ago when market conditions were normal you cried because it went a few levels against you and los . If you were in a buy now you would have taken a buy every 13 pips as this grid method with no max trades limit or equity stop loss...
You would have blown your account.
And if you went minimal risk with is 0.01 and you made 25% means you got such a small account you cannot be living off it and withdrawing at least $1000 or 2k and month to pay bills....
You playing games.

Hey everybody!
For whom who is interested to know about Lion FX EA settings i use:
1. the Broker - Forex4You (real cent account)
2. settings - Risk factor- 0.03
3. time of trading- 4 months
note: the real market conditions showed that recommended risk factor 0.1 is very aggressive!
Before the BREXIT i have reduced that value to 0.03 and it earned 25% during the events!
I suppose this EA is excellent but requires very weighted parameters for trading.
May underline that aggressive mode is 0.1,
Medium mode is 0.05
Safety mode-from 0.01 to 0.03.

I was really already tired to repeat. In the adviser SL - program is used. It depends, on market conditions and individual every day. It is not a silly grid.
But updates need to be done.

There is no stop loss. You have anexit plan for hopefully pull back.
If you backrest sometime can go 17 level .
There is no safet . Only hope. This is a grid. Don't try fool customers.

I have bought this EA and installed on the cent account for testing. My conclusion after two days trading is;
1. This is a night scalper which works on Asian sessions in the night only.
2. In case market goes in opposite direction EA uses Grid technology to compensate and minimize the losses.
How many maximum deals it can open in grid, i don't know. You can ask vendor.

Back test with GMT incorrect so you can check what safety if market goes against you. It can go 20 to 30 levels until account blown.
Go test on gold or gbp...... Just to test safety. That's all.... The proof is in front of you.

The risk profile does not seem to work, in my case the DD has been a lot more than 10% which was my initial risk setting. With a bit of manual work though, the trading probably would be a lot safer. With me, at the Brexit week I did not trade, although afterwards I wish I did, haha. But I lowered my risk setting to 3% now. After the asian session I look at the chart to see if there a double tops, buttoms, head & shoulder patterns and other support or resistance levels. Then I try to calculate my risk if I would let the EA run if tehre are still trades open. If not, I close all trades after the Asian Session which would in my opinion be the best to do.I hope this helps.

Small gains are always better than large losses.
