Not sure I understand. Exness is considered a stable and established broker - I don't see them "playing dirty" for an amount of 9kWhat was their response ?

What is the broker saying ? what is the reason the money is not released ? Its not a big amount, I don't see a big broker like exness holding out funds from a client for no reason
