I don't know. They're creating a new coin with this and they're starting it off at a dollar/coin. Since it is new the value will be low to start, so that initial investment is now gone except in their eyes. Plus, only offering the V2 software to ICO customers kind of sucks. I think I'll be keeping my existing package as is.

I actually changed my mind and invested $55k at the beginning of this year. As of right now, I'm at $93k. And per my other posts, I will be pulling daily profits next year to pay myself back and then turn the auto reinvest back on and ride it out.Thanks!

Yeah the IPO was news to me as well and only makes me feel more comfortable with RoFX going forward as they will have to jump thru so many hoops and documentation, etc to IPO. I sure would like to know where it is these other customers are getting their information to hear about a possible IPO. I'd love to get in on those discussion groups.Because for RoFX to make an announcement like this, they generally have fielded a ton of information requests from customers.

Agreed. This has been my plan from the get-go. Let it build the first year, getting me to VIP amount, then disabling auto-reinvest to pull original seed money out of the profits, turn auto-reinvest back on and continue to build.

I had a spreadsheet that I updated every day with that day's trade percentage when I had my money in and it tracked pretty much 100%. It was off by a penny or two in my spreadsheet from time to time, but I attributed that to rounding issues. My buddy has been invested with them for over two years and he hasn't experienced any issues. He has several friends and they also have not had any issues. I agree, I don't like my money being "locked" either, but in a way, when you think about it, so is your 401k. You can't do anything with it, except roll it over into something else when you get a new job, unless you want to suffer the penalties/tax hit. Having said that, I still agree and don't like it. Because if something happens and I need access to those funds, I can't...unless you take a big hit from RoFX to get it (again much like a 401k). But we've accepted that lock from our 401k and not from a company we send money to. So yeah...I'm right there w...

I was a client for a time so I could test it out (see my previous posts in this thread) and I also have many friends who have been invested with them for quite some time. All, myself included, have experienced no issues. I've tried to provide as much information as I could about my experiences. The only thing I can say I would agree on is the broker issue. This makes me concerned as I am/was planning on re-investing a larger sum in RoFX at the beginning of the year.Instead of fighting and having this break down into some kindergarten name calling, how about we discuss serious things ot...

Sorry Russtotal, I don't know how I can be mistaken when I called both the NFA/CFTC myself that that's what they told me. Please feel free to contact the NFA/CFTC yourself. As stated in my OP, when I contacted them, they specifically stated that if RoFX deals with ForEx at all, then they have to register, otherwise it is illegal to accept money from US citizens. I also then called the CFTC after I got RoFX's response to this fact, and they (CFTC) again said it doesn't matter if they perform a "service" they still deal in ForEx and so MUST be registered otherwise it...

I'm responding here because of my personal experience and seeing how nobody else has ever posted w/out getting "must be a part of the team" response, I hope my report will be better received.
