There is the possibility our live chat was congested at the time. Live chat support can get quite busy during the UK session and in response to this we hired another staff member to make sure clients like you aren't waiting longer than they need to. So we now have 4 people on during the UK and and US sessions with 2 staff available during the Asian session all available to help assist.

I tried to contact you via live chat this afternoon as I told you so. It did not succeed. First time the live chat was down, so I left a message with my email address but I have not received any reply yet. It was at 15:07 European Time, that is more than 4 hours ago.
Second time I also tried the live chat, this time the chat seemed to be online. I waited for the operator 16 minutes and 10 seconds without receiving any message.

Well, first I contacted you via your website contact form at https://fxvm.net/portal/contact.php on January 27, 2016 around 14:05 GMT. I have no copy of my message and I have not received neither manual nor automated response to that. Then I tried to contact you via your live chat after a couple of hours, I cannot remember the exact time. I waited for your representative on the chat for more than 10 minutes without success. Then I sent you an email to [email protected] from my private email address (that I would not like to make public here) at 17:27 GMT. That email is still in my sent box, so I can show it to you when we get in contact privately.
I checked my spam folder as well as my trash and there is no email from [email protected].
After that I contacted another VPS provider, received their response online and next day I ordered their service.
OK, we can make another trial: I will try to contact you via live chat in this afternoon and we will see how it goes. If it goes well I will give you a 5/5 vote.

Can I please ask how you attempted to contacted us? We have staff online 24hrs per day responding to client queries through email and live chat, so I'm surprised to hear that you haven't received a response. It may have landed in your spam folder? Either way, please email us in future on [email protected] and we'll get back to you within 30mins during market hours.

I contacted FXVM on January 27, 2016. Today is February 24, 2016. I have not received any reply yet. That is 28 calendar days or 20 workdays, i.e. 20 trading days elapsed. I do not think any other comment would be necessary.

I'm really sorry to hear you've been having issues, over the past few days at our NY datacentre. Primarily there was an issue with one of our ports that restricted RDP access for some clients, however clients servers were still online and accessible via VNC.
Earlier today we went offline for a touch under an hour, however everything should be back online and stable as of this moment.
Our support centre has been replying to clients email queries within 15mins (live chat has been full up for most of the day). If you have any problems please email us at [email protected]

Real disaster service. My VPS is down since last Thursday when they told have some network problems and still cannot resolve them 5 days!!! Today the web site is down for many hours as well so I cannot contact the chat support or see current status :( Never ever trust them again :(

Yeah, fair enough Mook, apologies for being misleading.
Having said that, everything I've mentioned is 100% correct.
The servers at FXVM have never experienced an outage and offer very low latency to most major brokers.
The lite package is only $19.99 and that comes with full backups and 24hr support. While my opinion does come from a bias standpoint, I do believe it's the best value forex VPS out there.

I'm surprized that FXVM has this low amount of comments in this page.
I must say they are great VPS provider. Their support is first-class. And they know what they are talking about. They understand MT4 and how to best configure your VPS(s) and their advise is really valuable.
Price/Quality ratio is certainly very good and it's worth to use them.
I use their NY datacentre as my broker is in NY aswell. 1ms latency all day long.

These guys are great. I've had a server at their NY datacentre for over 12 months and never had an outage. Ping to my broker (IC Markets) is only 1ms, so execution is sweet and their support is online 24hrs if I need help with anything.
Way better value than most of the alternatives that I've seen.

im not sure the standard of "good" as the guy above described
as long as its up 24/7, quick support. no issue with MT4 (no lag or bug etc) it is good enough for me.
for now i have both NY and London VPS from FXVM. only paying 50 bucks a month.

can CNS do that at 50 bucks? i dont think so.
i dont know why CNS is so famous considering their price per spec is way toooo expensive.
the only benefit i can think of is if your broker uses CNS and you use CNS . the ping will be 1 MS. and its still not worth to pay.

most good broker servers are in NYC and London using Equinix too. means the VPS is directly adjacent to brokers.
and you dont have to pay 50 bucks for these feature. (unlike CNS offers damn high price)
