This f*cking IBFX

IBFX price feed si frozen.
No access to trading.
They are not able to do anything
and they do not compensate you for the loss that results from trades that cannot be closed at right time/price

Their feed has been a bit dodgy of late, but it happens sometimes.

All brokers have problems at some point. It should be in your trading plan. Going to happen at some point no matter who you trade with.

Yes, most brokers have the issue of lagging trades, might not be them could be youre connection and are there others using your internet line when you trade. Here in Hawaii, Im often 300ms or 1200 in lag from my Home PC. Some times we loose connect for 20 minutes. If IM trading a scalper or some thing fast as a EA, I use a VPS. Use a real SL and a real TP. I have never had a broker hunt my stops... NEVER. But theres always a first time.

IBFX has had issues of late. They became unstable Thursday and the problem's persisted although yesterday was ok. I'm sure they're working on it...! It happens...

I agree I had same issue with other broker.

But that broker at least compensate my loss.

Sorry but that's pure nonsense.

I had VPS in 5 countries and IBFX server was just down I was not able to acces it from any VPS, any country, trades were not lagging but account was completely offline.

The problem affected IBFX and FXprimus

Means you've sent a trade, and before you received a reply you've sent another. Can be because you're running more than 1 EA that's trying to trade at the same time or you've sent a trade but the server is hanging and not getting back to you before you send the next one.

To resolve it if you're using more than 1 EA, set a global variable that all the EA's must read before it trades. So if EA 1 is about to trade, set the variable to 1 or something, do the trade and then reset it to 0. So if EA 2 gets there and it's already 1, make it wait till it is 0, then send your trade.

Usually this error comes from your mt4 / is not an issue with the broker.

It happens usually if you have say 2 EAs on the same mt4, and the second one try to open/modify/close trade while the first one is already opening/closing/modifying an order.

the legendary error, TCIB (Trade Context is Busy), hmm try adding 1 pip slippage, see how it goes.

I'm with IBFX myself, and Oanda, so for the record I feel your pain. But it's kind of how it goes. They've been having this problem for 3 weeks now.

They still owe me 2 answers.
What happened? What action items you have done to prevent it in future.
They simply ignore these questions.

It was a great broker so far... but it is not anymore.

The technical issue is possible. But the lack of communication just sucks.

They only looks for money deposit from investors, nothing more , nothing less.

yes and in order to get some investors money they should respond to reported issues

So happens their CEO, for IBFX Australia anyway is on twitter, I tweeted him, got a response and as a result have him on my Skype.

Doesn't happen often where you can directly communicate with a CEO.

I suggest to work this problem you look for IBFX on twitter, and ask them directly what's going on. Nothing like social media pressure to bring an issue to bear.

You realise IBFX is owned by Monex? This is not your average mickey mouse bucket shop. They have billions and years and years of experience in markets.
