Hyper-V sounds good if overloaded servers are a worry for you. I'm with http://www.forexvps.com and my stats are incredible because they dont overload the servers with clients. I have 25ms access to my provider and a http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest of 16.78mb upload / 9.83 mb download - My home cable connect is 12.67 up / 0.45 down PLUS I've have 100% uptime for months. After my VPSLand debacle no way am I leaving these folks!

AlpariUK has "as long as you trade" accounts - That's why so many developer demo's use them.

I agree. When I see 25% gain in a day it usually means your stops are so far away that the currency has a WIDE range to play with. That strategy will NEVER work long term with FX. Try futures of CFD's.

Its directionless. If the sell side is more profitable for that period currencies were dropping more than they were rising. In the opposite circumstance the Buys would be more profitable. - In the current period the unprofitable buys were paired with profitable sells. It doesnt matter which way the market moves. the positive trades will always point to the trend. It self adjusts.

I'm still waiting for your Myfxbook page. - Mine is up 77.88% in the last 5 months (a second system is up 33%). Most manual scalpers burn themselves and their accounts out pretty quickly. Real money will get real fills. I dont think the amount matters as much as the execution. Shoot for the moons and extreme scalpers will prob flame out just having to get real fills. I'd get a $100 account just to play with in a contest but 1K makes it too serious and kills the fun. Most real-money strategies are slow and cautious. I'd hope the contests would have more action than that.

Yep, I suggest Deal Accounts AND Real Accounts - 2 Categories. I want to see the shoot for the moon stuff you'll only see on demo plus the more safety minded real money traders.

Jan/Feb markets were so-so because normally trendy currencies were erratic in movement. Manual traders have an advantage over EA's because they can act on the trend quicker but everyone (EA's/Manual Traders) has problems will erratic movement. So on top of the markets being flatter than usual - they were also more non-trendy than usual. Stuff like this is hard to trade because the gains are lower and drawdowns/losses are higher. Just a harder environment to profit from. (more work)

I actually dont think leverage wil go to 10:1 - The response has been FURIOUS!! (they usually get 200 written comments, 10:1 has generated 7,000!!! - Even senators have went on the record about it) - Traders are already running for the exits (overseas) and I've already moved. iGoR - I generally agree with you on the NEVER mastering forex BUT some systems are just the way they are. Martingale will always be Marty with no adjustments needed (I've seen some very nice hedging Marty's that wont kill your account) and I feel my no-indicator hedging system is the same way. The code is solid and bug free and needs no adjustment or tweaking from me. At this point theres nothing more for me to do and I'm brainstorming my next system confident that I'll NEVER have to test or tweak my hedging system for current market conditions. Ha!! Whats so hard to believe? - Steve was busting their balls so instead of answering his emails they simply said "cut the check". I can even understand it from FRWC's point of view. Steve sounds unhappy (and performance isnt getting any better) so I'd assume he would refund eventually anyway. I would've cut the check too.

Goto - Portfolio/Add Account - Invitations Tab and create a private link and give that to your clients (Also Edit the Trading Account and change the Permissions to make everything Private). - Only your clients that you give the private link to will be able to see your page. - Every month or so you can regenerate the URL if you want to remove people from being able to see it. (if they leave your program) plus you can change the viewable items of the private link and 'Apply Settings' to update it. Sweet!
