yes, it can be profitable strategy but as any trend following system, it will suffer with a lot of false breakouts.We need a supplement strategy to trade range bound and choppy markets.

Yes, just now I have 2 trades closing at a loss 11 pips each on Pepperstone Razor where as the FGB on myfxbook has no trade.

When you reboot VPS, I assume you need to restart MT4. There is an option which by default will close trades:ClosePreviousSessionOrders (All Versions) – This option will ask you to close out trades if MT4restarts. 0 – Will not ask to close. 1 – Asked to confirm then close. 2 – Automatically close on restart.BTW I use all default settings.

It trades very similar, but FGB is bit more aggressive I think. Not sure if it is improved or not. Have to wait at least another year or so to tell.

FGB is a good breakout system and built for the long haul, so you really need to have confidence in it during the up and down.
