Well I am not trying to be a jerk and I do appreciate you crediting the account, but satisfactory to who's standard. While there is honor in the action you have taken thus far, I am still at a loss in my opinion, I mean you did admit that your company was in error. Would not the fair or satisfactory thing to do be to restore my account to the amount it was at before taking your actions of removing the bonus for a reason that never existed? I mean on top of your accusations of me not "reading" what it was that I signed up for that would be fair in my assessment. What you have cred...

Hello Javier,I appreciate your response to my inquiry. I did not come here to slander your company in the least and I do appreciate the "bonus" if you may call it such. Its just ironic how I was able to trade with the "bonus" that was to be automatically removed once my account was stopped out for approximately two weeks. I have held the following account 126430 with this broker. While I was pleased in the beginning even while losing my money I am disappointed that the broker chose to take back their 100% deposit match without any explanation, email notification or nothing of the sort. I would appreciate if Javier or any other representative of the company can provide an explanation. Until then I advise all current or future traders considering this company to be VERY AWARE!!!
