You have mentioned twice that you have put in a dispute on paypal, so I would like to inform you that when you put in a dispute is put up on Paypal, it blocks that amount in our account and then sends back the money to the client in 40 to 45 working days, and still after putting a dispute you are not getting money then you better contact PAYPAL not UCVHOST. Disputes and chargebacks are not in our hands, You chose that way so now you have to contact the concerned authorities.
And last of all
IF WE CAN ANSWER YOU QUERIES AND ISSUES ON A SITE THAT IS NOT OURS THEN YOU CAN VERY WELL IMAGINE WHAT OUR SUPPORT SYSTEM WOULD BE,, UCVHOST DOES NOT HAS TO BOAST ABOUT OUR SERVICES!!!

I think either you are a competitor who is losing all clients to UCVHOST or a forex vps selling company trying to make backlinks here on this site using the name of UCVHOST.

Well sir our prices vary from location to location where you choose to have your VPS, for example, USA location is free, Amsterdam location has additional $2.5 while the Singapore location has $5. So we advertise the base price. AND ABOVE ALL, YOU GO AND CHECK IT ONLINE, WE ARE THE CHEAPEST HOSTING PROVIDER,, SO NO MATTER WE ADVERTISE, WE ARE THE CHEAPEST.

Well if you have been a client with UCVHOST (as you say so) then you didnt know that we have a ticket system as well where you can put in your requests. And you are saying that you have put in a dispute with paypal ,, then why to crib for, in that case you are all the more secured as even if UCVHOST doesnt wish to refund your money then paypal will definitely reverse the charges in your account. So you proved our point that nobody can stop your refunds, as even if we do not refund your money then either paypal or worldpay will.

THAT YOUR MONEY IS SECURED WITH UCVHOST. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE OUR SERVICES, JUST PUT IN A DISPUTE OR A CHARGE BACK, NOBODY CAN STOP YOUR REFUND.
We have clients who use our services and then also take refunds via this method and still we are not able to do anything. So it is UCVHOST not the client who suffers ultimately because you can take your money back anytime you want to in a manner you wish to.

I guess, you never used the server nor our services, as you do not even know how our services work, nor do you know how to apply for a refund. You just went through our site and just came out here to write a review on this site and defame UCVHOST. And if you still say that you used our services, then please mention your transaction id and ticket id with your review. You do not have one so you never wrote that.
We are asking for your ticket id so that after this comment you will come up with something cooked up other than this (Mr Aditya Chandra we know this is you - the ex employee of UCVHOST turned out for commitying a scam in the company getting nowhere in life now)

I decided I did not want to open an account after I did not hear back from them all day. They take your money in 3 seconds and you don't hear back from them for 24 hours. The prices they advertise have add on's so the price you actually pay is higher than what they advertise. You do not get the price they show before you click the Buy Now button.
They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee. The website refund form does not work. Emails requesting cancellation have not been answered. They went ahead and opened the account anyway. I finally opened a dispute with PayPal which they are disputing at this time. So far they have not refunded my money.

You mentioned in your last Sept 30 post that 512MB RAM can run 3-4 instances of mt4. Now you mentioned in your post 2 hours ago, "at most 3 instances of mt4". I also mentioned in chat that I never came close to using all resources. But as our chat discussion a few hours ago after my initial post to this thread, I believe and trust that this reboot issue has been fixed with an automated instant solution as promised. I hope to count on UCVHost on this promise. And as with the discussion, thank you for taking time to hear my concerns and to resolve this issue once and for all.

Sir our old forex vps lite plan had only 512 mb RAM and is made for 2 or at the most 3 mt4 instances to be run together. And you have just mentioned that you are still running 4 instances. So again we would say that you must have upgraded the RAM and then checked our services. Rather than use the same resources and complain.
Also we have now upgraded all our VPS Hosting plans. Now all our VPS LITE plans start with minimum 768 MB RAM. So now our lite plans will be able to support 4 mt4 instances together. So you can try our new configuration for your trading needs.

I used to run 6 instances of mt4's in vps lite. it disconnected and/or became inaccessible for a few hours around 4-5 times over a period of 3 and a half months. recently, i only started to run a maximum of 4 instances of mt4 only (approximately for 2-3 weeks). eventually, it got disconnected again. it got disconnected for over 10 hours. i lost money during the times these happened. i reported this incident via chat and told what happened in detail. i didn't bother to demand my money back or anything. But i was told that the agent will monitor my vps to make sure it's running 24/7. how can the agent do this 24/7? it's not feasible. the vps should be running 24/7 by itself. or at the very least, restart and log-in by itself since i have my mt4 instances on automatic start-up.

If you have taken a 512 mb RAM then you can only run 3-4 instances of mt4 on your forex vps.

I'm not a complainer...not picky and let too many things slide by usually.
I'm from europe where customer service is 100 times worse compared to california, but I must say, I have never in my life experienced this much worthless, POOR customer service in my life.
This so called company ucvhost.com, have absolutely no structure in their business. Their vps restart by them selves and they never even have the courtesy to notify their clients, and most times they have no idea that it even happens.
But that was only 1-2 times a month. customer service..heh..they give out empty promises, I really tried to stick it together and let things pass but now it's impossible. YOU CAN NEVER GET ONE SINGLE DAMN THING SORTED OUT WITH THEM. NOTHING can ever go smoothly with them.
* They disappear from chat without a "Please hold".
* They disconnect and leave the chat middle of an issue without a goodbye or even an apology for their lack of ability to explain why my vps changed password or other issues.
* They always ask you to e-mail their support with an issue and the day after when you haven't received anything back (Which they promised they will) they ask you for a ticket id which you NEVER receive when sending out to their company e-mail
* Their Refund form on their website doesn't work.
And they have people searching for reviews on web and claim EVERYBODY that are writing something bad about them are FAKE.
