I absolutely can't understand why you thinking that you can confuse us with these questions? You can share anything what you want and we will provide comment on ANY email which we have sent to you and ANY email which we got from you including dates and other details. Also we will discuss your trading history (I sincerely don't know about what history you talking now because we never received anything from you and during last years we got only good comments concerning GPS Robots stable and profitable trading). As we already said to you in our email your refund is completely processed and this is was at Sep 5 (05-09-17 10:59:08 AM). We really sorry about your non-standard health situation and we with all respect wish you speedy recovery!
We always do our best to make users happy and we are really unhappy to hear such things from users but really you wrote incorrect information in some of your messages. You said long transaction, you said that you not received an access but you send us a message in answer to automated message with access data, you said that we not answered to you but we have sent reply during 12-24 hours for EVERY of your messages and other things. We are big company and this is important thing for us to have good relationships with our clients but I'm sorry, when people said incorrect information we can't just seat and be silent. While I do personally consider this system stable and long term
I wont buy it as the monthly profit is rather low for my needs
Also I found there were several huge position open like 280 lots. Even with the account balance at that time it was almost 1 lot per $1,000 which I consider risky.

after i read everything carefully .. this robot only designed for an account with 100k + stop flooding Mark and asking him very stupid questions . his account is verified with fxbook and it shows that all trades are not every day however it didn;t loose any single trade

Yes, sure! You can use one license with unlimited number of demo accounts and with one real money account (at the same time). So you can change your real money account for your license every time if you prefer.

Concerning your questions so in general in the current world backtests means nothing and it's not more than just one more thing for marketing. The only way to proof that your robot works and provide stable and profitable results it's forward tests on the long term. Many vendors shows statements to their users with some backtests results on 5-10 years but they not have at leas one completely verified by the myfxbook stable and profitable statement during long period and it's only because their robot can't provide stable trading on the real money accounts in the real trading conditions.. here for example our accounts and some of them was started 4 years ago. This is the best way to show users how your robot perform on the real money accounts:

Other companies answer during only 72 hours not include weekends and some users waiting for a reply during three days but we do our best to answer on all messages during 24 hours. We don't use recovery trade only because of our analyzes. We always control current situation and take decision about trades. So our goal it's provide stable and profitable income for our users.
To help you with your settings and other things please let us know which broker you will use and which account type for your trading?

You just did not allow me to backtest your EA myself. I have no option but to request a refund from ClickBetter. So much of my time was wasted! I never knew your customer service was so difficult. Why would you block backtesting of your EA but never say it upfront? What were you trying to hide? I see your example account uses recovery position that never loses. I want to have an understanding of what happens when the losing recovery position happens, that is why I need the backtesting. You know your EA best. If you are confident about your EA, why don\'t you just let the customer backtest your EA and get their questions answered?
