Ok, I figured it out, it is working now. The key seems to be the data window. Everything needs to be added through the data window for Metatrader to recognize it. I'm up and running on the VPS. Obviously there must be a second place where data is stored besides the MQL directory. Really odd, but at least it is working.

I followed the directions, copied the files as the instructions say. Then I uninstalled, reinstalled. I'm running build 625 at home as well. I even did a copy of the directory from my home computer, which is working, and put it on my vps. It runs fine, but I don't see custom indicators or the EAs, other than those included in the original install. Really wierd

I have an interesting problem. I've been running the trade copier on my home computer and it has been running well. I purchased a VPS and was trying to install it on the VPS using the same account and it is not visible in the Expert Advisers section. I checked and it is installed on the computer, it just doesn't show up. I copied all the files as indicated. What can I be missing? The build is 625. It has been restarted, and it still doesn't show up.

I agree. I did my research and, as I said, there are rules. On their web page, they state there is no scalping. A scalp is a predominate number of orders that are open less than 5 minutes. This is where a lot of the negative reviews come from. If you scalp, they call it illegal trading, they have the right to remove the profit from your account. There is a second issue as well. They offer a 50% bonus up to $1,000. You can only earn the bonus in an all or none conditions. You earn $1.50 for every lot traded, held for a certain length of time. This comes to about 667 lots traded to ear...

FXGlory is another broker that accepts US clients (1:3000). They have a few rules, but I've been testing them out and haven't had any problems. Withdrawal has been easy, it takes about a day. Deposits are immediate, through Skrill.

Be careful with FinFX. I am currently transferring from them. They will give you increased margin, if you ask for it. Unfortunately, when you need the margin, they reduce it back to 100:1 (for your own good). It happened to me. I lost half the account in order to avoid a margin call. FinFX will also liquidate at 100% margin. Their execution is good and they provide a VPS on a pro account, but if you can't trust them, they are useless.

I agree with your analysis at 50:1, but you said: They recommend .05 lots for 10,000 at 500:1They recommend .05 lots for 1,000 at 500:1. At 50:1, it would require 10k.

I agree with the offshore account . . . if they are going to go that route, I recommend an offshore account held by a foundation in a second country at a minimum. An even more bullet proof set up is an offshore account held in a trust in a 2nd country held by a foundation in a 3rd country. Also, always go with nominees.

What's to disappoint? From what I see all negative. It just confirms that your system doesn't work. Too bad, I considered jumping on board at one time. Contrary to your belief, I want to find an automatic system that works. So far, no luck, but I haven't given up hope. Good luck to you sir.

I have a few good ECN brokers where I keep larger, much less risky, accounts. This system looks like a good one to use for fast gains, removing profit as you move forward. In this case, I really don't care about losing the account after the first month, from which I'll pull the original investment. I'm investigating high leverage brokers for a good fit, that was why the question. Exness had the margin fall off over the weekend. I do not currently have an account. So I guess I can assume that trades are held open over the weekend?

The reason I asked if positions are held open over the weekend, was more on my end. My margin drops from 2000:1 down to 200:1 over the weekend. If positions are held over the weekend, it would reduce the risk I could take with this strategy.

In my opinion, blocking people from publicly posting puts MyFXBook in the position of protecting these scammers. Inexperienced people, fall for these con artists time and time again. Simply posting a thread to identify the scams assumes that people can find the thread to see the scams. This is something that can be easily overlooked. That way people looking at a system get all the facts. I have been banned in the past for just asking a person to show his history or verify his account. Ignore is definitely the better option.

How so, all the profits have been withdrawn, except for $180.02. If there was truly confidence in this system, why withdraw all the profits? Profit withdrawal of this extreme shows there is very little confidence in this system and is used in many high risk systems where it is expected that the system will blow up.
