Ignore the bs about the Asian session if you are a new trader. Only action in the London/New York sessions are relevant because that is when the pairs are traded.Trend is your friend, follow it. Find your own strategy to wait for a pull back from normal momentum in the trend for your entries, back test the hell out of it then you are on the right path. After back testing using demo is recommended. There's plenty of mistakes to learn from when live trading, even with a winning strategy. Good luck mate.
