Have had to close many trades manually for most of the contest period due to anomalous market activity... Tried to update the trading type to "Mixed" from "Automatic" but the system is not letting me.Anyway, it's officially "mixed" lately with all the manual closes.

It's true the results are misleading, but that's the nature of the contest I suppose. Everyone else is pushing the safety on their contest accounts so you've got to do that if you want to be contending for the top. Volatility Trader (my engine) is in second place right now but I don't think that will last as I've been doing damage control manually on VT today with the market hiccup and Greece and the UK election...Right now Volatility Trader on our demo contest account is cranked up to 1:8 money management which I might run on a very small account (perhaps around $2k or $...

Not knowing exactly the definition of "creditability" in this context, I'm afraid I cannot argue with you. 😄That said, and your opinion notwithstanding, I beg to differ: There is a certain implied endorsement in any choice of brokerage, unless one's publicly stated goal is to be ripped-off. You may not really know the reason that all traders hide their broker information.I used to hide my broker because I did not know if they would be good or bad and I did not want to appear to endorse a third party that I had little experience with and no control over.

Had some time this weekend, and had added another machine to our trading network anyway, so figured I would give this contest a try with the Volatility Trader.
