If that seems to be the problem then my bad and i apologize. But if i remember correctly in my previous email i already include my new account number because the old account has maximum leverage 1:30 which is not suitable for the ea for 1000 usd balance

The problem is with you, not with us.

You have installed an advisor for a different real account number,
therefore he did not open orders.
You should always look at the trade journal.

I sent you a lot of letters, you do not answer.
Received your actual MT4 account number.


And I told you that 1:30 leverage needs more balance.
The minimum deposit is calculated for a leverage of 1: 100 or higher

That's how much the owner is selling to me for aswell, do update us after you tried on your live account mate, cheers

apparrently it is my fault providing them with different mt4 account number. seller has reply and sent new ea

update: the ea starts placing a trade now on live account. problem solved

I've bought this ea a few weeks ago, im testing it on my demo account and in the first week dd went to 12%.

There is no manual or instructions with this ea and the owner does not provide any when I asked her.

I'm testing it on a100k demo account and my balance after 3 weeks of testing it is 89k so I'm 11k down at the moment.

I have asked the owner for the settings used by her but she insists its been setup when she sent it to me, I've asked her to send me a screen shot of her settings and she said she has given me enough support and I can ask her 1 month later. Lol

I'll carry on testing this for 1 more month and update you guys. So far it clearly doesn't perform as the owners ea, the owners ea has had max 6% dd since a few years.

i have my own settings that i made for myself.i get a better profit than the author. if you do not know how to work and think with your head, you do not need to write that the adviser is bad. LOL
This is a great expert advisor, with many features and a good profit

If you have not agreed in advance with the author on technical support, then you better contact the service for setting up advisors and systems.

but the user throws it out on the second bad day,
only for the reason that he cannot choose the right settings for his broker, establish money management,
choose the best currency pairs.
I use an advisor from two MA, which is already 15 years old, the main thing is to adjust it to your needs, and not to chase 100% per month

Yes your correct, im not using the same broker as signal, but I did ask the author before purchasing if she will give me the same set files as what is used on the fxbook account, and she did say it will all be configured the same. Well im gonna keep trying and let see if I can work out better settings to make some profits.
