All your explanations aside, why don´t you mention that there is a 30% tax on your website BEFORE people sign up? Why do you delay execution in my account up to 3 seconds now? And even if you charge this tax, you still haven´t send me my withdrawal (minus tax).

Beware, in case you can manage to even withdraw to a international account, they tell you that when you withdraw they take 30% "tax fees" on top. This must be a big joke as the receiver is responsible to pay the tax in his country, it´s not the broker who has to do this. I have several other Russian broker accounts, NONE of them charge ANY tax on your withdrawals.
Hippo-trade is a complete bucket shop broker trying to trick you by every cent you´ve deposited with them. I have yet to receive my money at all, all they said is that if I withdraw they charge the 30% tax (and funnily the first withdrawal they send to me (10$, haha) didn´t have that 30% tax, they just came up with it after I tried to withdraw 400$), but even after I agreed to that (I just want to get my money out there), the money was NOT sent yet, after almost a week of a sensless discussion back and forth about taxes and withdrawals methods that they don´t allow while they list them on their website. They try everything to simply make you give up.....
Emails from them:
"Ok our company withdraw 8500 RUB - 30% (НДФЛ) = 6000 RUB (Your net
profit for subtracting all taxes)"
"We are tax agents and taxes paid in full (30% to the state tax service) in profits."
^They are simply lying as no other Russian broker has EVER charged ANY tax on my withdrawals and as said: the receiver of the money must declare the tax in his own country, the broker has nothing to do with that!
Additionally, after making good profits with them, they have switched me to the "standard" account because they say I have now close to $500 account balance (nowhere on their site is there any mentioning that there are different account types at all). Well, that "standard account" now has execution times of about 5 to 10 seconds + Requotes over requotes, while I previously had 70ms(!) execution times with no requotes all the time with them.
It´s clear what they are doing here: you are making profit and they don´t like it and try ALL tricks to get back your gains, by switching you to a slower execution account + telling you that if you withdraw you have to pay 30% "tax".
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

They don´t allow international bank transfer withdrawals (tried to withdraw to a German bank account) and they don´t tell you so beforehand. I´ve funded with Mastercard, but now there is no way to get my money out again as all their withdrawal methods are only for Russia. Customer support is slow and sub-par and barely speaks any English. This broker should restrict the sign up of clients other then Russia which would have saved me a lot of money that is now stuck with them and they are not willing to return.
