He could be taking a week off for the Holiday 😳
However, considering the Open Trades. DD etc, you're probably closer to the truth. We'll see shortly!

By the way ... I'm with Oanda (and honestly, they're a superb broker 😀) and I have to copy the link to have my account updated. But with MT4 accounts it's automatic isn't it? So probably Ranesh is indeed on holiday because if he opens his MT4 then it will update, am I right?

On a holiday with ~10% floating DD and no stop loss, I doubt it.😎😎😎

What 10 % are you talking about? I see Equity 72 % on the left, but the yellow line does not show 10 % on the graph either.
I just can't follow all those numbers. Or myfxbook has a problem with those calculations.

Yesterday before today's update it was ~91%.
I'm just wondering why this floating DD is not visible looking at the equity curve, it still looks just fine. Maybe when the owner does not update while in floating DD it's not reflected on the myfxbook's equity curve.
So a simple math: 141.36% * 72.75% = 102.84%.
After 3 months of trading: if ranesh decides to close all trades right now there will be 2.84% net profit.
Although ranesh was quite sarcastic about the general opinion that hold and hope strategies are stupid he proved that 'HOLD AND HOPE STRATEGIES DON'T WORK FINE' and are stupid in the long term.

Well a profit is still a profit, if it's 2.84% or 28.4%. If you search for systems in profit at least 1 year old, you have 65. At least 2 years old - only 14 in the game. As long as he makes more than the bank would pay - it's good.

Yup - right here chugging along slowly but steadily 'upwards' gaining 'positively'... just the way I like it. And I'm glad I look at my monthly gain chart the right side up... just imagine the plight of some poor folk who look at their monthly gain chart upside down and think they're posting gains month after month when in reality it's losses month after month??
Oh and you should try this new technique I've picked up from someone here who I think is a guru ... it's called 'hoping and holding' or 'hoping and praying'... something like that anyway. It works like a charm. 😉
So.... are we still on to feed the hungry across the ocean ??
Hope u've been taking a loss here and a loss there just to keep the 'big girls brigade' happy ! Lol !
Well.... gotta get back to 'chugging along'. See you at the top ! 😉
You're much quieter right now.
Almost all of your 3 month gains are now transformed into a laaaarge floating loss.
I just feel pitty about those guys who are linked to your PAMM account.
That's the true face of the 'hold and hope' strategies. It really works like charm, right?
Fighting the market is pointless, the market allways wins, it's stronger and allways will be. We gotta choose our battles and accept small losses. It's not so important to win all battles, we gotta win the war. If you put all your efforts into a single battle it will exhaust you to the point that you won't be able to participate in the next one.

It's not about whether it's in profit or loss, it's about the pace the profit turns itself into a loss or the loss eats the profit. In this case we have a beatiful ~3 months profit eaten by the floating loss in just few days which is very bad ratio. Basically this is what could be expected by all 'hold and hope' strategies. It's called: Eat like a bird, poop like an elephant.

Hmm, bird and elephant, that's funny. 😄
It's hard to figure details of the system with so little information available. I for one still think that there is consistency in Ranesh's trading. And I like that his 'average profit' is not 3, but 33 pips. But I also agree with what you say regarding the 3 months profit being locked up in sterling longs.
And how is the RobW versus Ranesh thing? RobW never puts a whitespace before question or exclamation marks. Ranesh often does. Well it might just be that he's a master scammer as you said. :) As I said I think he's not RobW.

Those of you who are looking for someone to manage just a few 100dollars.... subscribe to 'Elite Trading Team'..... the guy sounds desperate to acquire managed accounts by any means.... even methods such as what is seen above that would be considered crude & unethical by any profession/industry.
Wonder why he went quiet after betting a pip against me. Probably a mini pip at that. He can keep the pip he bet... I'll gladly throw in a few more his way to keep him from going hungry. 😁

I can't understand what's your problem. Do you think that as investor you should know everything? What the balance and profit are, or the name of the account manager... or the broker. You think you have the rigth to see his open trades and history??? Come oooon, you'll say that a commercial money manager should update his account more frequently or he should change his ~'hold and hope' strategy with something safer. Well, you're wrong, you have to trust blindly everybody who pops up here and let him manage your money. This guy is cool, he can lose all profits in few days because of his perfect ~12:1 RR, he's so much better than many others here.😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
