2- Unfortunately some of the users do not properly understand to configure the EA despite we provide a complete installation guide and free live support, they might go for the backtesting on an year or 2 years back historical data, and some of the brokers terminals are having lack of sufficient historical data as per the selected period of the user for testing the EA, due to which it seems that the EA doesn't work as it promises, in that case, we request the clients to have a look at the date with the initial trading transaction in the trade history once the testing is completed. It is possible sometime when you select a period of 2 years and the EA only performs on 2-3 months data due to the lack of the historical data in your broker terminal, you either need to change the broker platform and try it with any other one, or contact us to guide you and to operate the system in a proper manner.
The higher DD is not about an issue with the EA, but it is all about the configuration of the system, PRINCE FX EA got 3different trade setup under each trading strategy, When you choose to go with the SAFE MODE, the dd always remains below 30%, also with the Aggressive mode it remains below 60% and with CUSTOM mode its upto the users defined setup in the LOT parameter, it could either be lower or higher than the aggressive one.
