That's not going to help in solving the problem. Myfxbook pulls all historical data from the trading account that will have all historical magic numbers used. So if you have exceeded 200 magic numbers historically on the account no matter what you do in your MetaTrader and your current EAs you won't be able to use the analysis by magic.

I have contacted support and they replied that the date filter currently doesn't apply to Magic and Symbols and that's why I created this new suggestion for change. If the change is implemented, setting a date filter will omit old Magic numbers. This will solve the problem and that's why we vote here.We currently only have 2 votes. If many people vote for this change, Myfxbook will implement the change. This is how the suggestion works.

Currently, the custom analysis date filter doesn't apply to "Magic Numbers and "Symbols" tabs. This makes the Analysis by magic number impossible for EA traders who have used more than 200 Magic over the lifetime of the account.I suggest applying the function (Date filter) that is already there on the custom analysis, to the "Magic" and "Symbols" tabs for all EA/Robot traders who have used many Magic over the many years of their accounts.

Hi there,I would like to highlight that setting a custom start date for the account does not reflect the number of magic numbers displayed and that is a big flaw.When we have old running accounts that used many EAs over the years, this becomes a roadblock preventing us from using his great feature because the system loads the first 200 Magics that have been used on the account since it was created and thus have no room for new/current magic numbersFor example, setting and pinning a custom start date for the account in the analysis tab to just 3 months back will still display the message "...

I have the same problem. I have more than 200 old magic numbers, so I can't see new magic. There should be an option to clear the list of magic numbers and start adding magic numbers from newly opened trades.
