i didnt receive my account details either, but i logged in to fixi website i found my demo account there and then i reseted my password, so i could log in to mt4,
hope it helps you guys who has the same issue

As you tried to enter the competition from the country restricted by FCA Regulation, we had to disable your competition account and remove you from the list of contestants, as per 'Notification and Disclaimers' part of the 'BullsEye Competition Terms and Conditions', which you have agreed to abide, upon registering for the competition;
'The competition is not addressed to residents and citizens of USA, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Burma, Eritrea, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of North Korea, Former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, as they will not be able to open live accounts with FIXI Markets as per the firm policy and will be disqualified.'

Alright for those that did not get their login email.
Go to the fiximarkets website, attempt to login with your myfxbook email but select 'forgot password' and a reset link would be sent to your email address.
Login and from your Accounts, you will see the contest demo account. Click on the padlock at the top right to change MT4 password.
Server is FixiMarkets-Demo
