Thank you! What would be the average history an investor look at? 6months? Exactly one month since I applied on 16th sept 2017. Took quite awhile though?

Some at 3 months, more at 6 months and a lot more after a year. Keep performing and you will compound subscribers like returns.

One month seems to be too long. Have you sent a support ticket?

Yup I did. Sent and replied on 9th Oct. But no further update after that.

Looking at the newly added systems it appears myfxbook might be looking for 6-7 months of history at a minimum. I suggest keep doing what you are doing and if you have not been added in a few months try again. It makes sense. They are looking for solid systems to offer and although the minimum is listed as 3 months 7 makes more sense.

Alright. I will definitely continue running the system. Thanks for your sharing!

ok thank you for the info Agagon..

I wonder if anyone has seen or been using it?

DD may be big but if you adjust your lot size/risk, it seems still very profitable..

it's been working more than a year, is it too short? is there any problem with this signal?

This system is the same as D Z Rosamunde on MQL5 ... He has lost 50% of his subscribers the last 1 - 2 month. Totaly high risk, and almost impossible to copy (read the reviews)

I also have a feeling that providers are not very good...so the question is where can we find decent providers, since from what I have seen in MQL5, is pretty awfull in general..?

Agree, I dont think there is a huge difference between myfxbook and any other social trading network. What makes the difference are the signal providers. Anyone here using other signal service could share his experience?

Thanks

I recommend Darwinex where you can find better quality strategies for long term investments.

Hi pmks,

Have you ever subscribed to the signal? It's on my watch list on Signal Start but am wary due to some of the comments.

It seems reasonable to have one negative month after a 18 months of trading, with a known broker and has a sizeable account. But the EUR/ZAR style trades seem to be an issue. The connection on Signal Start would hopefully avoid some of the slippage issues.

Will carry on monitoring but the signal price isn't cheap so am hesitant to join atm.

Cheers

Russell

Hi Rustyiron,

No i have not subscribed to it but monitored it for a longer time. I think the fact that he has lost 50% of his subscribers is a very bad sign. And if you look at his risk profile there is one time where he basically have loaded with 100% risk. He was lucky he got out on profit, but i would not consider him anymore. Another warning thing is that he operates on a different names ... those things worries me, - but f you one day subscribe please keep us updated here ...

Is there a way to follow but reject all EUR/ZAR trades?

@Snorre if you go to the provider under subscribed systems click on the 'gear icon' on the right you'll see 'Symbol Ignore List' you can select what to follow or not. there are additional setting options as well.

thank you for your answer pmks1.
pretty weird as soon as i asked a question about fourier, fourier had biggest DD of their history.
is it a coincidence?! is someone watching me?! 😁
also D Z Rosamunde is now disabled.

you said that he has lost 50% of his subsribers in this 1-2months? why did they unsubscribe? seems strange they luckily unsubscribed before this happened.

also 41799 is in funeral now.. though they were doing pretty good.
cloudinvest, i thought they were good, nice profit for more than 2years but they are also in funeral.

is it natural or was the market crazy?

luckypound didn't trade once last week.. what kind of strategy does it use? smart move.
seems like it doesn't trade for long time sometimes. in august, from 8th to 25th, no trade.

ninjatrainer made big DD. scorpion also, in august.

it's just that some strategy that had been making good profit for 2years(like cloudinvest) can fail is surprise to me.
i wasn't expecting much from 41799 though. i would subscribe when a system is more than 1year old.

Anyone using SFE Price Action could share his experience? In particular period, avg. monthly gain, expectancy and average slippage..

It meets my criteria but it feels like it places too many trades so any small deviation real expectancy vs. provider expectancy because of slippage or missing trades would have a massive impact.

thanks

There is a thread on Donna's forum discussing SFE Price Action - you may want to check there.

Anyone trading with Atlas here? Do you copy TP/SL?

I always got missed trades or trades SL on my account but TP on Atlas account. AT seems not working right.

Please advise.

Thats because you guys keep insisting to invest with these amateur traders. I have been saying this on here for a while. You may make some money with Autotrade but overall its terrible and you risk too much to get that 1 or 2% monthly. You are much better off looking for a manager which is not on Autotrade. They do exist...

Am I the only one that got A LOT of missing trades on SFE Price Action?

This week (Oct 20-27), SFE had 168 trades, but I only got 30. SFE made 5231 pips, I made -9.9 pips. WTF? My broker is IC Markets.
