Hi MQLme, I am interested in this EA and have been following its performance over the last month or so and am impressed by ts accuracy as well as its longer type trades. I was just wondering what risk settings and what leverage I should use if I have $12,000 USD sitting in my broker account ready to go? My broker offers leverage of 500:1. Also, I just want to confirm. My understanding of this EA is that this is an automated EA which works in the same way as other EA's but with expert traders on your end monitoring and watching over the trades, with the only human intervention taking place in the event of an emergency to limit potentially big losses. Is that correct?

Hi, if I have an account balance of SGD1,000 (about USD730) with leverage 1:50 on Oanda Asia Pacific, may I know what is the risk factor that I should set? Also, how big is the potential drawdown for said risk factor?
Lastly, should I want to try the EA on a demo account first, and then on a live account, do I need to make 1 purchase or 2? Thank you and looking forward to try out your EA.
Hi
- You may use Risk 10 or lower for your account. The maximum DD would be about 30% for such Risk.
- There is no need for second license. You may always change the registered account number in our website so you can first register your demo account number and later change it to your real account number.

Hi
- Based on your account leverage you may use Risk up to 30 as our main account but we don't recommend such Risk because it's aggressive. We recommend you to use Risk 10 which is safer.
- You are completely right about how our EA works. The EA which you receive is fully automated. It receives the open/close orders from our server. The server side of EA is also automatic but our analysts may limit the trading sessions and direction based on the market condition and also they may apply emergency exit based on the coming events.

Hi MQL, thanks for the reply. Just curious, how many risk settings are there with MQL? From what I gather there is 10,15 and 30? I see on the myfxbook link that your leverage is 400:1. I'm assuming leverage this high would be reflective of the highest risk setting? I'd be inclined to use the same leverage and risk your system is currently using now. Just wondering what that is?

Hi
You may set the Risk from 1 to 30.
We are using Risk 30. It needs at least 1:200 leverage.
Risk 30 is aggressive. For less DD we recommend less Risk.

Hi MQL, thanks for clarifying this. I look at your impressive results on the higher risk setting of 30 and 400:1 leverage and your Drawdown at 27% isn't that high. What I'm saying is those consistently high returns of 50-70% per month seem to be achieved with a drawdown that isn't all that high even when on the highest risk setting. I think I'm sold on 30 risk level and 400:1 leverage.

Dear @ericg1980
Please notice that we mean the maximum possible DD. When you are using aggressive Risk setting (30) the maximum possible DD would be about 90%. Although we have designed and optimized the EA in a way so that this situation has not happened during the back test for last 2 years and we also try our best to avoid it in the future but it still does not guarantee that it will never happen.

Hi @MQLme, thanks again for explaining this. Out of curiousity, and I know that this will be a difficult question to answer, but with a lower risk setting (say 10-15), what profit per month could be expected? At risk level of 30, is is getting around 60% per month. At risk level 15, would this profit per month halve to say 30% per month?

Hi
There is no fixed value for it but if monthly return for Risk 30 be about 60% you can expect around 25% for Risk 15.

Hi, sorry it's me again. I would like to ask some questions below as I am still trying to fully understand the concept of the EA.
1) I understand that the EA performs trades on EUR/USD only, however, which timeframe does the EA work on?
2) Usually, what time GMT will the EA execute the trades? As I am aware there's only 1 trade per day on Monday to Thursday and I would prefer to switch off my laptop during 'breaks'.
3) Will the EA work on mac operating system?
4) I read that the risk factor is based on the leverage set. Therefore, if I open an account of 1000USD with 1:400 leverage, I can set my risk factor to 30 right?
Thank you.

Hi
1) It works under H1 time frame.
2) There is no fixed time. It's not a good idea to use your laptop. We highly recommend you to use a VPS.
3) We have not tried it on mac OS but it should work.
4) Yes.

Hi @MQLme thanks for the prompt reply. And I see, I have not tried a VPS but I will surely look into it now. Thank you once again.
Hi
Your Welcome. VPS is a good choice. Please notice that you won't need a high tech VPS. Just a normal one is enough.

The only parameter that impacts the profit and DD is the 'Risk'. However the max acceptable Risk based on leverage is as below:
1:50 Leverage - Risk 10
1:100 Leverage - Risk 15
1:200 Leverage - Risk 30
So if you choose Risk 15 you will need at least 1:100 leverage or more.
