It’s not a good choice as I see! Maybe they can use micro type account after demo; but using the real account so directly is painful!

Many traders now come with a lot of theoretical experience and maybe that's why they start working with real money right away. Maybe they think that all the mistakes made by other traders will not affect them. But the big self-confidence is a cruel joke with them. The market is a market and it does not always give positive emotions. Sometimes you experience such a range of feelings, sometimes you are on the verge of losing a lot and it is definitely difficult. And these emotions are felt even by those traders who have been on the market for years. What to say about newbies who come to such a serious business with burning eyes and immediately say goodbye to their hopes that they will succeed here and now.

Yes. Practicing on a demo account is a must. When i started my trading journey i practiced on a demo account for long before moving to live trading. I can’t imagine beginning trading without practicing on a demo account.

Right, even I think demo should be the first try.

for newcomers live account can be a dangerous decision,
because they cant control emotions when trading.
Newbie should start their trading career by demo practice! Because, it’s very easy to lose trading capital here & in this industry, more than 90% traders are struggling!
keeping patience.......

I do not understand why people do not start with demo. It is free and you can practice on it. Why risk money when you can use demo. Madness
Well demo means no slippage, no spread widening and no psychological pressure of losing money. So demo trading means nothing. Demo trading is only good for understanding about trading platform.
The market will trade through it’s path of least resistance .

On the whole, which traders try to earn money quickly here; they try to avoid the demo trading opportunities! As a result, till now more than 95% are the losers here!

Forex trading taught me that patience is key. At first, I wanted quick gains, but I learned that small, steady wins are better. It’s not about jumping on every move, but understanding the market and sticking to your plan. The hardest part is staying calm and not letting emotions take over. Focus on your mindset, and success will follow.
In trading, knowledge is power; in practice, patience is key.

I agree! But I feel there are times when sticking to the plans doesn't work then what should be the next move in that case?

I agree, patience is the key but sticking to the plan doesn’t mean being stubborn either. If the market is not going with my trades, I just take a step back, breathe, examine my plan again, and make minimal changes if necessary, instead of forcing a trade. About leaving everything for the professionals - I think that would work for some, but I am always in favor of learning, failing, learning and building a system that suits me. What do you guys think?

Interesting but sometimes sticking to the plan without oveeranalyzing can work out much better. Overthinking or tweaking too much has cost me more than I’d like to admit. And while learning is important, it’s all about balance.
