Hi, Im looking for a reputable ecn micro lot forex broker NOT using MT4. I need tight spreads and being able to open a live micro account with about $250+. The micro account allows me to test out a trading idea with live conditions but small risk and I like that combination.

I have looked at Pepperstone and they are adding the ctrader platform to their ecn setup and this would be perfect for me (I already use ctrader with FxPro) but it may be 2 months or so the chat rep from Pepperstone said.

Roboforex also allow micro and use ctrader but I'd never heard of them before a few days ago. Are they ok?

Oando is out as I do not like their platform.

Any help would be appreciated..............thanks

FxPro (https://www.fxpro.co.uk/) might be an option for you. They are ECN Broker and offer C Trader.

Hi, As I said in my first post I have an account with FxPro and use ctrader with them, but I want a micro account with ctrader for testing purposes and FxPro min lot size is $10,000 or $1 per pip were I need $0.10 per pip to allow me to try my ideas out....

Thanks axforexsignal1, yes icmarkets looks like a possibility so it now between Pepperstone or icmarkets. I suppose for testing purposes either would do or does anyone know of a clear reason for one over the other...................?

www.divisafx.com
Used for testing etc. on ECN MT4 account 0.01 min lot size. Has cTrader but I have not tested it.
Has same liquidity providers as FinFx that is well known but AFAIK has only MT4.
They have good customer service and fast responses if your time zone matches ;)

I would choose icmarkets; they are based in europe and 'well' regulated, if that can be said about forex brokers at all.

yes I'm leaning to icmarkets after reading through their site.

Its a pity though you need to deposit $1000 to have the ecn ctrader account. The ecn MT4 account is only $200 deposit but I'm not a fan of MT4. I might have to bite the bullet and pay my monies and just use $250 of my $1000 deposit to get both micro lots and ecn and ctrader.........

@axforexsignal1 You are right, i confused ICMarkets with LiquidMarkets ... they are based in europe and well regulated

@blackdogFX2 I'm with roboforex; ctrader with no deposit minimum. I can't say anything negative about roboforex, except that they are 'only' regulated in NZ. With only 20$ commision they are one of the cheapest (if not THE cheapest) cTrader broker right now, and they have a bonus programm, which gives you some money back if you trade alot.
