This looks decent but only 1 mth history. The site also has demo results only no forward test. Price is reasonable with 60days refund guarantee. I noticed in the backtest from 2007/Mar till 2012/Dec/26, its abt 628 trades whether the setting was fixed lot or variable based on % of equity. It meant abt 10-11 trades per month. That is, 628/4.5years=139.55 trades per year=11.6trades per mth. The EA closed with small pips wins, so its best to test with brokers that allow scalping or fixed spreads. Since EA does not make a lot of trades ECN acct may suffer in the long term as u still pay the commission AND cost of having VPS. Commission is always factor into spreads by broker, so its always more worth it to try ECN as they cant manipulate quotations. Some broker are ethical enough to tell u that they add eg 1pip to the lowest quote they got from various banks. But others just dont tell u. (Kinda of dont tell u doesnt mean lying theory). But the cost of VPS is something u need to be aware. Money management wise its better to have fewer trades that to have more lossing trades

My personal motto after trading for 4years: NOT trading is better than BAD trading

The results so far on this forward testing account seem vastly different to the backtest - which suggests to me manual intervention/baby sitting. Risk/reward ratio is terrible - 1 loosing trade will wipe out roughly 4 winners.

1) It's not baby sat at all.

2) Risk to reward isn't a million to 1, but simple math tells me that 1 loser will wipe out just about 2 winners. Take today for example.

At any rate, I'll not take advice on risk to reward from a guy with a live martingale account: https://www.myfxbook.com/members/incometrader/live/369298
