D,

that's too bad that it happened to you... We already explain Alex that He should make the support beter....

Why don't you share with us what/when you lost your accounts? Also what was the settings?

Beside of that, put here you're demo account number HERE and Alex will 'activate' bluemonkeyea for you...

But If you're just having any issue to setup the EA (MT4 issues) I'm not an expert but maybe I can help you or you can ask here to the other colleagues...

thanks
Thanks filipesantos.

The setting was done by Alex via Team Viewer. The old EA had many issues such as it was taking very high lots of trading and consecutively two times the loss was 30% +30% and so many trades were opened without ID monitoring leaving orphan trades which wipe out my accounts and I asked Alex many times but his e-mail comes after so many days and did not improve his EA. He says every time no refund!!!

Now he activated my demo account and I am observing the performance of revised EA.

ddr,
Please describe what happened, what broker, what settings, what messages etc and perhaps one of the other members or me can recognize what happened and assist you. In my experience the EA can open trades that are too large for your account. If it is trading against the trend and the trend continues then it can demolish your account especially with 1:50 margin like with FXCM.

I had purchased two licenses. My account size was 80K and 50K. Leverage 1:400. The brokers were Tallinex and Pepperstone. The settings were as adjusted by Alex via team viewer initial lot size 0.2 on two currency charts with all others default setting(30% risk). There is no any other adjustment in the setting except Risk level and initial lot as its a fully controlled from master EA.
The EA was taking very high trades of 4 lots and 14 lots etc. and it was not closing trades whereas the master account was closing trades. The trades were never ever matching with master account too. I wrote many times to Alex about this abnormal behavior of EA but he never ever rectified it. Then I requested refund and he always says NO REFUND. He did not update his account on myfxbook wherein he changed risk setting, probably that master account was also wiped out but he did not update the records in myfxbook and still showing old records as in profit and not giving correct information to users. There is no rocket science in settings wherein you can help me!
Now new version I have placed on Demo account and seeing whether the bad boy has become good boy or not.

DDR

how long did you run BMEA oon these live accounts for? 1 day? for some reason I do not believe what you are saying is accurate at all, as I have been running BMEA on pepperstone now for over 3 months and never had a problem, maybe 1 or 2 times the EA on mine wont be exact but overall, it is pretty damn close. I think you need to test it longer, and adjust your risk settings properly as it sounds like ea is working fine you just not understanding it and your risk is set too high for your tolerance, clearly.

Hi FXTrade2010,
I run BMEA till account was blown out! i.e. more than a month exactly prior to he changed the master account. If have kept track of posts in forum of this period then you might have seen every user of this EA was crying!! The risk setting have been explained in my previous post and it was done by Alex himself. What do you mean by risk setting properly?? what is proper risk setting for this EA? it its not 30%? Alex adjusted it 30%. If its not correct then Alex do not know his EA and blundering with user. Please tell me your risk setting.

The main problem with the old version was it was leaving trades orphaned (untracked) and causing loss. This is real fact whether you believe or not but had happened to me with this crazy EA. I hope new version will give better results.

Hi,
He use the EA to connect myfxbook.com so before account crashing he removed EA so you can not see past records of those days in myfxbook.com

Guys,

Let's don't focus on the past too much... so far :) this EA is performing magnificently.

about the trades left open, I spoke to Alex and he told me his Broker is closing trades too early. At the moment I have two EURUSD open which both are short ( 1.22798 and 1.22954 ). As I can see, the master account has non. This issue is not a big deal because different brokers and different spreads can cause this. Trades like this is not happening all the time. As much as I don't like it, but it happened once or twice every week, but they become good eventually.

So should we attach it to three pairs now, is that what it is? EUR/USD, EUR/GBP and GBP/USD? Or should be replace one of the pairs with GBP/USD?
