Deposit charge too much high. Neteller 3.39%. Any one know how work unionpay?
Because, like anywhere, Neteller charges them to do it. Of course Neteller to Neteller is free! That's not even a valid comparison.

Hello BP33
Upon following the link https://priorfx.com/en/?live=sector I got these details to fill up(see image attached).
Now I'm only opening this account so to make my contribution into your account Section 1 Moderate. so I find the fields to fill irrelevant as I don't intend to trade myself.
Do you mind assisting with information as to what we should generally fill with regard to these fields Account Type? Leverage? & Platform?
and by a point of note, the link redirects one to this link as of today, https://client.priorfx.com/register/?ib=sector
is it the same?

There seems to be a problem with their website.
Yes, it seems there are currently some issues with the website, overnight some updates were done and there appears to be a couple of technical issues that need fixing.
They are aware of the problems, we just need to be a bit patient.

The link redirect is fine :)
Leverage: can be whatever you like, as you mentioned you're an investor. It's only the leverage of the trading acocunt that matters.
Platform: Just choose Metatrader 4. The account that gets made automatically as part of signup won't be used at all.
Account Type: Standard USD is the one to choose - unless you insist on depositing in EUR or something else, but you'll still need them to convert it to USD anyway. At the very least you need an account in USD because that's what will attach when you invest. It's possible to create a sub-account in USD if you want your main account in some other currency, but that is of course extra steps that you'll need to ask them to do.
Hope that helps :)

Just out of curiosity, I wonder why reputed brokers such as Pepperstone, FxPro or others are not choosen/considered?
Just find this PriorFX a bit strange..
- There is very little information (background/history) on this broker to be found online.
- They are based in and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission..
- There are quite a few rather basic English mistakes on their website.
- Website doenst seem very stable
just my two centsss...
as they say, don't invest/trade if you cant afford to loose it.... this just adds another level to the excitement i guess :)

1) I strucks my attention that there're few website problems with priorfx .... are they long time in business already BP33 ?
2) don't you have a facebook page or website where we can discuss your strategy. This place, doesn't seem to me a very good place as a central information point where you can communicate with your investors.

Is there a way to avoid this currency risk? (I'm from Europe)

Not sure what you mean here. If you use your bank to send in USD instead of EUR you'll be charged some ridiculous markup on the actual exchange rate. But basically, no.

Yes, if you read the posts above you'll see it clearly mentioned there are some website issues.
I don't use facebook and this place is bad enough so definitely not going to happen :)
There will be information on their website - which again is mentioned in previous posts.

I agree with what BP33 says above but first impressions do count and I have dealt with brokers who I feel would be a better option and are STP and have been in business for years, on top of that they can provide proof of execution and how it was routed. But I have faith in BP's choice so hopefully Priorfx will sort this out with their updates...I do foresee some issues with their support (time I have had to wait for a reply) and their level of English though if this doesn't improve in the future

My first experience of their support, understanding of the English language and promptness of reply has not been good.
So here's my experience so far - I signed up with them this morning, didn't receive a confirmation email. emailed them and got a confirmation eventually my account was created. Then I emailed asking about docs I need for Sector 1 Moderate, no reply for hours! Then eventually told my account doesn't exist - even though I can login to their website and see my account?! Since emailing back to them it has taken hours again and I still have no reply!!!??? This is a very bad first impression for a customer. I am only persevering as Sector is trading a MAM account with them
I have AGAIN requested them to send the docs and reply to my questions we will see... but I have seen brokers who have MUCH better support than this... :-( sigh... If this doesn't get resolved I am not going to waste any more time with them...
