Yes, it looks like they are just a client of TopFX and they use the Regulator licence of that company.
The strange thing is that there are no relations to find in the whole wide Internet between these companies. There is btw a second company called Kawase (kawase.com) that says that they are a trading company of HotFX.
Really dubious that both use the CySec licence no. of another Company.
Dont want to say they are a scam or something but its a bit strange.

My Account system: 10580 frivolous approach!
