I have used masterForex for over one year. I have had no trubble contacting them to request help with some infomation.
I have invested real cash and withdrawn with no problems. They no longer use paypal but thats ok with me.
They saved my details so i can reactivate the account without reapllying for an account after i did not use an empty real account for 90days, saving me time.
