What do you like best about FXVM?

While FXVM provides a diverse range of features, I have noticed that their customer support response times are quick but could be even faster, which can be reassuring when urgent issues arise

What would you improve about FXVM?

Honesty in online chat communication and providing accurate information.
More reasonable pricing.
Providing the Administrator user, not a dummy user

I strongly advise against trusting the advice given by the online chat on this website. I was very specific about the datacenter I wanted for the VPS I was purchasing, and they confirmed 100% in the chat that they were selling exactly the service I needed. However, after the delivery, I found out that it was not the specified datacenter and that they only shared the same city!

Moreover, their server prices are significantly higher compared to the quality of service they provide. Initially, when I insisted on the desired datacenter and they confirmed that it was available, they put me through a long series of questions trying to understand the issue. In the end, after much struggle and follow-ups, they canceled the service and refunded me, but deducted 10% of my payment.

My testing process for the VPS took less than an hour, yet they still withheld 10% of my amount. They are very dishonest and unreliable. Stay away from them!

It depends on how much you load up the charts. But if they only have a single EA, or no more than 2-3 indicators on each chart it'll work fine.

The reason Linkuphost are cheaper is because they're in lower cost, more remote, data centres. If you want low latency to most brokers you'll need to have a VPS in the same datacentre, and that server space is expensive.

As with most things, you get what you pay for with a VPS.

i used fxvm about 3-4 years. now i find its vps is much more expensive than LinkUphost ?
i'm a old user every time i pay one year fee to them,its about 470-480$ and my vps is 2 core Cpu and 2GB memory ....
in the past three years,only happen one time the vps shut down unusual.and support is very quickly.

and the next year i want to try linkuphost,i see it 480$ a year/6GB MEMORY/3 CPU....

the same price like my fxvm vps,bout almost double size.......

I have tried a couple of different VPS provider and these are by far the best. There response is very fast and there service is great, and there prices are reasonable. Look no where else!!!

My criteria to select them is that is a company EXCLUSIVELY dedicated to forex vps, have servers on NY and London with extremely low latency, good reputation and reasonable prices.

I've tested their servers little time but I must say the setup was instantaneous and really easy to connect to.
The other thing worth mentioning is that they support was really excellent.

At the end I needed a server with more ram and asked for a refund and I got my money back asap.

I used FXVM service for two months without any issues. The latency was low to my broker's server and the server was fast enough for my MT4 instances and EAs.

I was using their service first for a week and then a month. And this month I have renewed my monthly plan.
The price of the service seems the most appropriate with respect to other competitors of this quality.

In this short time I can say:
It is very easy to use, simply download the shortcut and connect.
I've been primarily using the data center located in NY and latency with my Broker is always less than 1.70 ms.
The best thing is customer service, they will answer in minutes. In my case it has been to transfer the VPS from NY to London or vice versa and has always been very fast.
I have done this three times at least and Arturo F. has always been very attentive and friendly.

After the reorganization FXVM customer service became fast and precize in their reply. I have been testing their VPS live for a couple of days now. The server is fast and the latency is low to my brokers, so this suits my current needs.
