Hi Don. I had the same problem but even if the window was always going back to the original value, the risk percent was actually changed for real. Try to save with the value you want and do not reopen the window and check your lot size on next transaction.

Quick question :Does hiding the SL/TP in the EA make variations on the 10pips TP if you have a different spread than the EA is dealing with?

I'm currently using risk 30 right now as I only have 2000 on the table and broker offers 30% bonus which gives enough latitude to still have a few dollars left if SL is met but I will lower my risk as I increase the money invested.

Thanks for the info. So basically with 3 lots at the time (300K) at 1:888 leverage, the money required for the transaction is 337,83$ which you double on a succesfully closed 10 pips transaction. And the stop loss of 250 met could cost you 8445.94$.I'm I correct? I'm trying to figure out the calculation of leverage, profit per pips and risk combined. Thanks again for sharing!

What a weird transaction opened today. At 1.3642, I would have done the opposite and sell... It's hitting big!

You are right about minimizing the risk. I'm currently at 30 like the demo account, but the money on the table is money I can afford to loose. Since my broker gives bonus on deposits that are not calculated in the balance to calculate lot size, I went higher. But I will diminish it as I make more deposit. It's all a question of risk aversion/profit appetite.

I'm not sure to understand your statement properly? Mine was close after 10pips like usual. What is your configuration? When you say sPhantom didn't close the trade, what are you reffering to? Usually trades not closed are more on the broker side, didn't happened to me yet. Thanks for your precisions.PS I have to admit that I would have take a 50pips profit instead of 10 this time ;). But better safe than sorry I guess. This EA diminish its risk by closing the transactions quickly.

Great account Ken,May I ask what rrisk factor you use with the 1:888 leverage?

Although, I would agree that sPhantom becomes monthly payment based at some point for 2 reasons :1. Avoid to be oversold2. Keep these guys motivated to offer a high quality product.I like the fact you are constantly updating your EAs for the price, your drawdown is lower now than at the beginning which is awesome. Keep going Brenton!

Some here are quick to make assumptions. It's normal that some EAs open similar transaction on the same pair if they make similar calculations based on M1, M5 and H1. The strength of sPhantom is the news interpretation that goes over it and the fact it avoid trading when the volatility is high.

Has anyone experienced problems changing the RISK PERCENT value. Evertim me or my Vps support team tried, it was automatically returning to its original value after saving. Thanks for your help!

Hi Joseph,I sincerely thank you for such a detailed answer!I will watch closely my risk percent to change it through time. I will also correct HIDE_SL_TP to true. It's good to know for the Vps included with your Trades Way broker. How is the latency Tim between the server and the broker? Do you know who they are partnering with to offer it?Have an Happy New Year!
