I don't know if its the latest update, and no, I'm using my own setup for Compuforex Trail, I start the trail at 30 pips, with a max of 50, a minimum stop at 10 pips, and trail at 70% of the movement, with a decay factor of 0.8The version I'm running is 1.1

Well I have to let you know that the awfull result in the past couple o weeks has been mostly because of my mnual trades, which went really wrong in really agressive trading, but I changed the bot to use de indicator setup, wich I had been testing for a while now with good results, and managed to get back on track with it.I recovered from around 40% loss in less than a week using the FGB in combination with the Compuforex Trail.Let hope it keeps running ok

Well, I'm glad my trades closed automatically at restart, since I received better results than the bot did :P

Raymond, but beware that the FGB account started with 250 but really big lot size (0,05) so it reached this great return but mostly it grew that fast because of the first trades being really big lot sizes.

I would respectfuly tell people that if you can't afford to deposit the minimum USD 500 for ThinkForex, having in mind that FGB costs USD 84, then you should probably wait a little bit before entering, because it would mean that probably you would have a hard time affording loosing your deposit money, because, hear this: YOU COULD LOOSE IT ALL!I like keeping things in perspective: Forex is a risky bussiness, and most people loose money, and there is no guarantee that you are going to win, even more if you are going to rely on an EA. So I suggest you to think a bit about going live if you h...

Well this was a rollercoaster weekend since last friday the bot came out from what could have been a serious loss, to a great gain. But my platform was closed during the weekend by someone using my laptop, so at restart it closed the positions all at once. That's why I don't have the trades open as fxgrowthbot account

FGB: if for a while, I want to keep working with previous version while I check the results in your account, but I wanted to transfer my previous version license to a VPS, will you give me support to retrieve the validation code for the installation??Thanx in advance for your reply, since I think you are doing fine, and for me, the bot has given sufficient support and feedback to trust my account

Hi. I'm really sorry but I have the account running in my PC and already have two demos running with custom setups, and the real account is running from my pc as well, so It wouldn't be wise to keep on demanding bandwidth from my PC with an extra demo because it could affect my results.I recommend this EA but keep in mind that still has some bugs to be fixed, specially the fact that if the software restarts, it looses control over the open trades, and you have to manually close them. So far I haven't had any problems since I have a PC only for this setup, and has never had any rest...

Dungl, you have to set the MT4 to display a chart for each EA, so for instance, you should have two EUR/USD 15m charts displayed, and apply one EA to each.

So basically you are asking th creator of the EA to release the system behind the EA? Asking him to release the way to understand the functioning of the system, so you are able to know why the system enters the trade when it does, and why it closes when it does?Do you realize that if he does that, then his bussiness would be over? Doeas Coca-Cola tell you how do they make it? But you drink it anyway. And if Mr. Anything doesn't tell you how his company makes his soda, but tastes bad, you simply wouldn't drink it?Same here: judge the EA for its results and decide wether to use it or not...

Not a problem, always nice to help others.BTW I was wondering who is the person in th forum with the longest teesting time for this robot.I've been live since 10 th february on my real account... no previous demo whatsoever, but followed carefully Eugene's live account, and reviewed his statement finding and acceptable R/R to throw myself into the water with USD 500.Thinking on adding extra USD 2000 to get the FreeVPS at Thinkforex, where Eugene is running his accountAnyone using it, live or demo, for a longer time, on different brokers?C'mon guys, don't be shy, this is the way...

I am running the basic edition in my real account, the one I have log here. And for the Alpari Demo I'm using the basic one as well, but trading agressively 0,1 lots for a USD 500 account. Just that at the same time, I'm running Trailing Stop EA to control the trades that turn winners into loosers. My settings for the trailing EA are:SL start at 30 pips, and placed 70% retracement from current price, with a limit set to a max SL of 50 pips. And as far as I've been able to test, after Trailing Stop EA sets the SL, and executes, there's no effect in the FGB, because it keeps trading...

I think this resumes everything.... not all trades will be winners, but in the average, you should be winning.I have set a demo account on Alpari UK, started with USD 500, trading the bot agressively, 0,1 lots, and from 2 weeks know, running the Trailing Stop EA that kenny shared before, and right know the account is over 100% profit in less than a month. This demo doesn't take the same trades as Thinkforex account, but still a winner, so even if you don't get the same trades, you should be profitable

I can only speak for myself. Although it's been hard last couple of weeks, still insist that this bot works great in the long run.My account has sustained winnings: we have to accept that loosing is a big part of the winning process en the market, so if you are expecting to find a bot with great income, and near zero losses, then keep on dreaming.

The BOT just entered at the rally after Trichet speech. Entry could have been a little late, so expect anything
