Both pepperstone and icm are good 😄I also have a feeling that somehow they're under one group, I see this from their website structure, their operation procedure, it's too similar, and you can also use broker-to-broker transfer between these two smoothly. I have accounts with both brokers, that's why I have that feeling. 😁

I already gave XM 48 hours to resolve this case, but the answer that I've got was vary and all of them are excuses, it would be useless if you try to give me another excuses, give your excuses to the authority when they ask you, I'm curious what would they say about your excuse.So far NZ authority already gave me an answer and already forward my complaint to FMA and Insurance & Savings Ombudsman Scheme the DRS provider.I already gave XM a chance but XM keep trying to make me accept all of your excuses.Still, I ask for all visitors who seeing this case should be aware of this practi...

Beware of this broker, they're what like other traders warn us, they're against us, they will interfere with your trades when they see that you're winning. In my last case (which the one that made me withdraw from them), they moved my floating positions, and when contacting their support, some of them said that was a technical problem, some other said that was necessary to calculate swap (while my account is a swap-free account). I'm not armada's client, but I also having similar situation, 2 of my 3 brokers put a negative swap on both buy and sell positions. Perhaps market conditions that makes brokers apply such swap terms.

I found you gave comments to 11 brokers within an hour with 10 as bad brokers and 1 as good broker. Just curious, do you really have funds on these 11 brokers which made you able put fair reviews on them? 😐

I'm with both brokers, with pepperstone since 2010 (yes I know their up and down), also with IC since 2013 and now I'm happy with both brokers. 😁The only thing that I don't like is the wire transfer fee from aussie to my country. 😭

@Humpenjang in your case about maximum open order, I also curious with another aussie broker which made me ask their support about this limitation (P*********e), they also have same limitation, but they can increase the limit to more than 200 orders, but you must have your orders at least 1 lot each. 😭With EM, do you have any issue with them where you could open as much as 1300 orders on their server, such as slippage, spread, etc? 😄 (As I also have HFT EA that could send orders as much as yours)

I did this research long time ago, if you want to find out how much the spread to be equal with pips on their razor account, you just simply enter a trade and find out when you have your position reach BEP, which means when your profits would be $0 after deducted by their commission. I've done this and found it's only around 0.6 pips.So in your case when the spread is 0.3, then the actual spread (with commission) would be 0.9, this still less than 1pip (or less than 10 pips in 5 digits broker).

I made the deposit through CC, they will send the funds back to your card up to 100% of your deposit amount, and it'll recognized as a refund. Once this 100% reached, then the only way to withdraw is by transfer, either by local transfer or wire transfer.I had this experience before with pepperstone, and icm seems working on a same method, and they send funds from NAB if you withdraw by wire transfer. Actually I can choose to withdraw by wire, but as what you said earlier, it'll cost you some fees and not always worthy depends on how much you want to withdraw.
