Many were copying Frero signal and selling as their own. Now that they can't copy anymore, they are desperate.

Dear Nasrul,
Let me speak the truth : you jumped into Frero telegram group at https://t.me/frerofx and diverted my subscribers by suggesting them to register to my MAMs thru your owm IB id. This is not ethical as you didn't get approval to have my subscribers register through your IB therefore you were kick off the telegram group. Now you come back here and you try to make negative advertising.
Keep safe.

Dear Wassel,

Has the main trader on Frero changed recently ?

Previously (upto mid or late 2019) Frero used to open 50 to 60 trades within a 200 pip range but recently the 50 to 60 trades are exhausted within an initial 100 pip range itself and no margin left to further average down safely.

In February 2020, Frero opened over 100 buy trades exhausted all margin by 1.09 price itself and EU plummeted further 120 pips and no margin was left to further average down safely.

The strangest things happened in 3rd week of February 2020. Over 100 trades were opened within a small 20 pip range to hedge for safety or capture a lot of swap or something like that. This is was so uncharacteristic of Frero which used to provide a lot of breathing space for the amazing grids you create. Also on Feb 21, 2020 several initial trades (oldest) had to be closed on loss (probably 5% to 10% loss realized on various accounts on a single day), with no corresponding profit trades to compensate. This is also very uncharacteristic of Frero.

These things make few of us ask, has the main trader on Frero changed recently?

If I'm wrong, I beg your pardon. But this is my observation. You / your team is still one of the best. Keep up the good work.

@adidasFX : Please don't talk about swap charges. That is being 'Penny Wise Pound Foolish'. What really matters is pips gained or lost and drawdowns.

To earn plenty of swap or compensate for swap money lost, over 100 positions were opened in a rush on a Wednesday night and Thursday (Feb 20 & 21). What is surprising is that almost all positions were opened hurriedly within a 20 pip range, with no space in between the Sell Grid (hedges and more). It was as though maximum number of positions with positive swap have to be added before end of the day.

Because of all these, a lot of investors are going through a lot of emotional turmoil in the past one week. Already, some investors lost 50 thousand or more dollars this week due to margin calls (broker specific reasons). Yes, they too earned a lot of swap money from 100 plus trades, for 3 long days before they were margin called.

I stopped following this system when it started opening dozens of trades with almost no considerable range between them. There was a lack of logic to what I was seeing and even though it was delivering good outcomes most of the time, it was not worth the excessive risk it is taking to achieve that. 20% profit a month is beyond good, but there is a reason you don't see the best traders in the world earning that much - risk management. Frero system used to be good at this, but now all I see are randomly distributed trades at support/resistance areas without any logic at all and lots of hedging. 68% drawdown is not acceptable, not even 50%! Most people are not trading with $5-10k only, they are trading with thousands to possibly millions because they believe to be dealing with professionals. Hopefully, the pullback of EU + the possibility of a remote rate cut could make the Euro gain some ground and people can get some money back or make some profit, but be careful with this system. High reward, high risk. Don't put your mortgage money on it.

@SignalSubscriber so we are in good shape. Stop out on multiple client accounts and not to say about the bonus scheme for 3 month period where most of them have been withdrawn back by the fx choice broker.
Maybe this is an inside job! And worked very well. All money and bonuses gone back to broker... nice scheme here!

@Nasrul_Swing good photo. This is for real ? Ktm PAMM service? good dd% into ... I think is another S.Out !

Nothing more to say here.

People should be careful now.
The equity went down from more than 1m € to less than 400k € now. That's a drawdown of more than 60%. Now, people will see if the trader can handle such a high risk, or not.
We'll see. 😁

He's been using a low leverage of only 50, so he should be fine at the end.
Everyone just needs to be careful of how much they've invested per trade and also overall. If you have less than 10% of your whole depot invested it's all fine with that low leverage. But some people might have a leverage of 500 or so, so they should have a maximum of 2% of their whole depot invested. All fine. 😉

With leverage of 50 does not guarantee you will not stop out.
63% DD is the fact.
Only stop loss/cut loss will stop you from stop out.
Keep safe.

I very much appreciate the comments above. I, too have noticed what seems to be a change in trading style and have been puzzled by it.

But we went through a similar scary period with Frero last October, and he came out of it without a single month in which he did not make a profit. As Jay says, 'High reward, high risk.'

I am staying in the MAM, because I figure that even if Wassel has to close a lot of trades at a loss and I lose half my balance, he will probably make it back for me in the next 4 months.

If some people have been stopped out because they accepted a bonus offer, that is an additional risk they decided to take, and I don't think Wassel has anything to do with that. Bonus offers seem very risky to me, especially with a signal that is already known to have a drawdown at times >50%.

I see a lot of negative trades are being closed now. So, maybe Wassel will come back again soon. Just like the others said, be careful with your accounts, use a max. stop out point for yourself, just to be safe on the long run.
Still very curious about how this account here will grow again.

As much track this account, hopefully you guys know what to do after this.
Even using small leverage, it does not guarantee you will not get a margin call.
Stop loss play the most important part here.
Just accept the losses. Loss can be recovered but margin call just make you suffer.
Keep safe.
