The recent period was hard and emotionally gruelling. You can see yourself that the equity nearly touched the bottom in early June. The equity curve "flew over the cuckoo's nest". I persisted... I spent a lot of time thinking about the behavior of my strategies and their inner logic and tried to improve some aspects. Mostly, I simplified my strategies. I don't know whose problem it is - myfxbook web site or pepperstone, but I am tired of it. MyFXbook account linked to my pepperstone account does not update statistics for several days.I had this problem several months ago, I wrote about it to myfxbook help desk, and they "solved it". Everything was alright for a while, but now the account is not updated again.Today is June 1 already, but all I can see is this: "Updated:May 28 at 06:56".

Today my VPS hung up, which is partially my fault, I overloaded it. I had to restart it and install cBots again, etc. I had to close lots of trades, Even though I closed them with a profit, I am not happy. Really need a more powerful CPU, but it's beyond my means now. Well, I will try to reboot the VPS each weekend now and restart the cTrader platform and re-start cBots. Each failure is like a lesson. It's better to go through them all when the account is still small :)

I've moved all money from my other account (https://www.myfxbook.com/members/ironmine/dream-chaser/1392864) to this one as I don't need to have 2 accounts now. It's also easier to run one platform on VPS. Robots continue to be retested and improved as my knowledge about the techniques of algorithmic trading, backtesting and safety features grows. As of now, there are 15 cBots hunting high and low on different currency pairs and time charts.

7 cBots are working here. So far so good. Still too early to draw conclusions. Forex turned out to be quite a challenge, but I enjoy it :)

If any employer were making me work the way I make myself work studying this Forex thing, I would run away from this job. It's true when they say that thy cruelest employer is thyself :)This account now has 8 cBots running: 4 short-term ones and 4 middle-term ones.

6 cBots with 20% maximum drawndown (20% / 6 = 4.16% each). Some cBots have been re-optimized from 1 h to 4 h time frames.For the sake of further diversification, I have prepared 5 more cBots with an absolutely different (shorter time frame) strategies. Whey run now on a different live account, but I am thinking to combine then into one team on the same account. Each cBot shows maximum drawndown 4-6%.
