Help! "Forex Chart" is always Offline, cannot also join in discussions or chat

Hi friends, as what the title says, when i open forex charts (eg. crazy trader charts), it is always OFFLINE and i can't chat in the discussions. Is there any setups that i missed to activate? Thanks in advance!

How about a screenshot to show what you are talking about? It might be easier to help you that way. Thanks.
If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam! Let the buyer beware.

It is probably issue with Flash player,

I have tried using Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers, have also tried logging in at a different location but still the same problem. It seems that my username is blocked or something. I have tried contacting MyFx support thru email more than a couple of times but they have not replied back. That was around a month ago.
I used to be able to see the charts, its just unusual that i became offline 🙄

Disable all of your plugins and add-ons for your browser.
Then try to view the page again.
If it works with all your "extras" turned off, then one by one turn them back on again, checking each time to see if suddenly it stops working for you.

Hi P4X, just found the cause of the problem. It's the "Web Browser Protection" feature of AVG that is preventing me from being Online in the charts. I tried disabling it and everything worked fine. I wonder what's with the chart that makes AVG think it's not safe 🙄
