yes the 23h bug is what I'm referring to. I would consider it a small bug and have not really looked into what effects it had over the period before I fixed it.

I'm not really comfortable posting commercial code. It's out there for sure but it's a sensitive issue with many I have found.

rsmereka's settings are very good as well and I use them on a more conservative account. I have a few of them running public on myfxbook. The only thing I have found is that the trending setting is not as profitable and yet you take the same risk. I have the rsmereka settings running side by side on account with treading enabled as per his setting and disabled. The disabled version make more than double the profits in August.

https://www.myfxbook.com/members/Jayman007/sig-cent-fh-50k-test/318362 profit factor 1.29 for august
https://www.myfxbook.com/members/Jayman007/fh-cent-set-2-no/346835 (this one is trending off) profit factor 2.18 for aug

Jayman007. I am not sure trending disabled is the cause of poor performance since I got 2.18 and 2.23 profit factor from two live accounts from different brokers with your setting and trend allowed turned on in August. I guess the different starting date and some open orders did not get fileed due to insufficient fund from your side by side account could be the culpit.

Just to be clear.. .02 per 3k is very aggressive. This would be the VERY maximum I would ever trade this ea using real money and only with a min of 500 leverage. Also I would only do this with a plan in place to remove all profits on a regular basis. These setting are so aggressive that I am expecting the account to blow eventually and will be happy that all my profits are made and safe from being lost.

nice piece:-)
but right now you have run this system for close to a year and the account has never blown up despite the various trends that occured when many other conservative settings has blown up- or do you manually intervene atimes?;-). If not, this tells me that the settings and deposit you use may not be too risky, though still risky.
Do you go up till 11 trades deep?

8 trades deep.. and I intervened 1 time when I had an order hit SO. I manually adjusted the tp for the rest of the basket since FH didn't know that one trade had been closed by the broker. The price came back down and my basket closed in profit recovering the funds lost on the SO.

I honestly consider that to be a blow up.. I was only pips away from more trades SO and that like level 5 red alert. I was very lucky. Of course I had already made my starting balance back a few times over when that happened so I wasn't too upset expecting a full blow up.

So what about add more fund to ride out drawdown instead of manual intervention?

Yeah.. they blocked me from opening my last trade

2012.09.14 01:40:17 'xxxxxx': order sell 24.14 GBPUSD opening at 1.6168 sl: 1.6418 tp: 1.6123 failed [Trade timeout]
2012.09.14 01:37:01 'xxxxxx': request was accepted by server
2012.09.14 01:37:00 'xxxxxx': instant order sell 24.14 GBPUSD at 1.6168 sl: 1.6418 tp: 1.6123

I think they are finally tired of losing money to this system. That's how it goes when you trade with a market maker. I guess I need to start looking for a new broker with cent accounts.

I DON'T THINK THAT ADDING $$ WOULD SAVE AN ACC IN DEEP DD,I THINK THAT WHEN YOU HAVE $$ WITH ROBOT, YOU HAVE TO BE READY TO LOSE IT ALL OR SET HALF OF THE LOT SIZE ,THIS WAY CAN LAST LONGER...

I agree that adding $$ to forexhacked is like throwing good money after bad. You determine your max risk when you fund the account and understand that the whole account is at risk if things go extreme. That is why you should withdraw your profits regularly so that if/when the account blows you don't also lose the profit.

If you want to reduce the risk.. then increase your equity and lower the starting lot size.

I did not. If I FH sends the order and can't open... then I can't either..

Also, If I manually send in the order then there is no magic number and FH would not recognize it and if the price saw that entry level again then fh would try again to enter and I would have double large trades.

So I broke my rule again and added $500 into this account. I was getting close to the edge to which I blame liteforex 100%. As soon as this basket closes I am shutting down this account. It's been a great run but it's clear to me that they are no longer happy with the performance of this EA on their servers and not only my account but several others that I either manage myself or watch directly were also effected in the same way by lite forex in the last 24 hours. I am no longer recommending this broker for any reason. I have opened a new micro account with XE market and will start forward testing on a small flame ($150) with these same settings next week. If they show to be reliable then I will up the balance to $1500 and let the fun continue.

I will post the new myfxbook links here as I create them.

I have noticed almost all forex brokers have max lot size allowed each month. It could be the reason your large lot size order did not get filled or simply your account did not have enough fund after margin calculation. Not enough fund get my level 8 order rejected today. That is one of my reasons to add more fund. My strategy is to divide my account into two and only one of them trading FH. transfer profit to non trading one and move back for level 7 and 8.

No.. my order didn't get filled cause the broker held it for several minutes and then refused it. It was later filled on the 3rd move up. Had it have filled the first time then on the move back down my basket would have closed. But now I find myself in a large DD and was within 10 pips of sl#2. I have had sl#2 hit before and still have the account recover but usually once sl#1 hits I start to get concerned as it doesn't take much of a big move to wipe the account at that point.

Also, there is not next trade in this basket. My last trade (#9) is 69.76 lots. If sl#2 occurs then FH will try and open trade #10 which would be 118.95 lots. This exceeds the per trade max lot size of 100 lots on this type of account. This is why I don't trade any larger than $1500, or rather start any larger than 1 lot. If trade #10 tries to open then lite forex will refuse it and FH will get confused and it will cause a bit of a mess. So, at this point what I have done is changed the max sell order to 7. This way if sl#2 hits then I will be left with 7 trades and FH will not try and open #8 (really #10 in series).

I was just chatting with a friend about this and we have come up with a great idea. Instead of having FH open orders at market, after the first trade opens then put in a limit order for level 2. So if the price moves to that level your level 2 will get filled without slippage and without the broker refusing the order. Then, it would put in limit order for level 3 and so on. As the limit orders were hit then FH mdofies the tp to match what the tp on the limit order.

This is make it very hard for the broker to refuse you entry into an order since you will put in the limit orders a good 30 pips from current price.

I'm gonna work on coding this in over the coming days to start testing.
