no man just no interest to work on EAs..... and thanx buddy... no trading now but appreciate ... and poor was not about the P/L.....

no man.... just looking to stay involved.... just 3 months now out of the market ... and thats the easiest and for time being only way .... poor ... I know but it is what it isto make it clear , leverage is the foundation of your pillar of risk, man...but only my opinion

hmm well yes but no need to get that far.....I doubt that is somebody out there who can manage more than 10 times leverage.... not even sure about more than 5 times.... I guess starting there risk management is what really matters... but thats not what this project is about... at least not in my case :-)

well so far we agree , as example my bigger demo.... nobody realized that it was already per definition 3 times at 0 assets... this is interesting as well, isnt, it?

not almost..... it is nothing bad about martingale as long as no money is involved.

again do not limit yourself... you will get all the available money on the planet. just start with one USD, thats enough@Vitautas be realistic...... bills are for people like you or me, nothing he should care about :-)

well I am slightly surprised. there is a "little" difference between prime brokerage relationship and single trading account. You get quite competitive conditions at DB based on 20 m for all inclusive package. I do not know a single bank which would refuse something like 500m ........ that includes DB, Barclays, Citi or JPM (I like their execution platforms).If they do, it is definitely not about the amount.......The difference between BL, Reuters or all the other multi bank platforms and a single bank platform is just in the quality of relationship. I would value a single bank platf...

look you are right no need to go to extremes. I consider FX to be an extremely clean business... to be honest. I was working in this environment for the last decade and I think it is more transparent than any other asset I know. But there are some rules.... I guess as in every business. If you know want you are doing you will be fine, if not it might get into areas you are talking about. So after all we might not disagree :-)

Thanks for the first anwers. @vontor. thanks, I am actually and running a similar strategy with 10 times lower leverage (no track record as I started recently) just trying to get impression from somebody else about the P/L profile, trading style and so on.@Adrian These are demo accounts, I know there is a possibility to verify them but.... not trying to sell anybody anything so it might be not that important I guess. BTW I verified them first , it disappeared, don't know why and well I think it is not essential at his point

I doubt there is a rule for "functioning" in all businesses across the globe. Brokerage is business of scale and in FX you compete against huge fair established institutions. It is hard to make money for a new broker, that's a fact. We might discuss how a trading desk generates income and why "real inter bank access is slightly different thing. It is not scam, that's usual practice.Additionally it is not about "friendliness" , it is about fine defined stream of revenues, nothing else. I think the basic question is what is the regulation good for. I think it is necessary if the broker operates from countries with developed markets. From the customer point of view it acts like a two way insurance policy. First it should guarantee best execution practice. well that's an interesting idea: you suggest carry trades with no leverage as the way to go? And you generate 2% every month.... well interesting, how long are you already running such a strategy , if I may ask?

Well it is the same thing..... you have to select the right broker.......... just let me give you an example:my broker charges no fees for withdrawals (by SEPA) so this is good enough if you live primarily in Europe as I do, it might be not for free if you live somewhere else and you need other ways....BUT... i did not select the broker because his service is so cheap, definitely not!I looked for an ECN Broker, regulated in mid or west Europe /US. There are some and so I selected further, tried all of them with a demo account and finally i compared the cost.There is one thing for certain all...
