Hi All,Brief update although absolutely nothing new to add to what has been said already.PriorFX are still yet to provide any answers and have only suggested they're about to now that investors have complained about them to the regulator. Hi everyone,I'll update you with what I can.Key points:1) Direct questions have been asked, in writing, of PriorFX with regard to events such as orders not being filled BEFORE the flash crash in GBP. PriorFX have so far provided nothing in the way of an answer to those direct questions. I'd like to be able to answer that but I cannot say I know.I'm waiting for a definitive explanation from them as to why orders were not filled.Until I receive that, I'm unable to provide any more updates.What I do know is that the issue of orders not being filled occured at multiple brokers, so I suspect liquidity providers have a lot to answer for.There are precedents for such a thing occuring, the issue with the SNB is a fairly recent one.I'll update when I know more.

Expect it to happen sometimes.Equity isn't displaying correctly in the daily reports so ignore those until they resolve it. Hi everyone,A few points to be made:1) Everybody has a different risk appetite - that's of course fine and it's up to each individual what they do with their own money. Thank you for letting me know.The reason you could not before is because you were not supposed to, and your password to the old client area will again be changed soon. The only reason the equity display issue is present at all is because of how the MT4 manager software outputs to the website when investors are allocated lot sizes (which is based on their percentage share) less than the minimum trade size of 0.01 lot.*That only happens when investors with small balances are allocated to the strategy.*It was still working perfectly ok for those with larger balances. This doesn't make any sense at all to me (but I might just be reading it incorrectly).With regard to investing, you have absolutely zero need for MT4. Not now, not ever.You do however have the need to see the equity on their website - and they are working on it as you know.In the meantime, use the stats update on myfxbook. My next post will remind you of the links (which have been up for some time now btw).

Incorrect.New client area is *replacing* the old one.It just isn't finished yet, plus we currently have to tolerate the display issue.

I'm only going to say this once, so please pay attention.***You're all already aware that the old client area at PriorFX is being completely replaced with the new one.******You're all already aware the equity was not displaying correctly in the new client area, and is awaiting a fix.******The only reason the equity is not *yet* showing in the new client area at PriorFX is because the fix is not yet in place.******After they apply the fix, you'll see the equity in the client area again.***That's it, it's that simple.You simply need to be patient.
