@harshp: I just found out that the reason I did not get a Refundwas because I 'merely' Cancelled my order - which means ONLY that your monthlysubscription of $297/mo. is stopped. You ALSO have to request a Refund inorder to get your initial funds back. Whoops. Now I'm worried too. I called Clickbetter and they said it was refunded, and so did Doug.But no $$ has appeared back onto my credit card for a month now!I started an investigation through Visa, but they said it would be up to 6 more weeks to resolve.waiting to see....-D============================================================

Hey Dave. I tried manually setting some T/P's, but they get reset to Zero,when a new trade for that pair opens.So,...regarding a Tool that you can use to close trades at a certain% drawdown, $$ value of profit or loss, or just to de-activate your EAs,you could try EquityGuard (attached).You add it to a dummy chart to control ALL charts. If you want tocontrol particular pairs, I think you can use a Magic number, or evenseparate accounts for each such pair.Use it, love it.-Drew====================================================

Thanks Dave. So, just to clarify, lot sizing is Equal, like 1X, 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X,...or, byEqual do you mean the Same as Forex Cure 0.98 and Tom's EA: 1X,1X,1X,3X,6X,9X,..etc.Stop Loss...., yes I can set it....And for Duration, the setting should be in minutes. Then 2 days would be '2880'.Last thing, another question, what is the formula to use for lot sizing?E.g., I had $3000 to start with, Risk = 10 and multiplier is 6, what is the progressionof Lot sizes both internally, then real?-D====================================================

@Tradydave: Hey David. So far so good with my stock 6X+r10 settings; the entries and exits are excellent!Regarding the lots sizing, would you tell me the Size progression? (In Tom's it was 1X,1X,1X,3X,6X,9X,..etc.)On the Stop Loss, I think we should be able to dial in a number like '600' (as hard-coded in Tom's EA). - I expect this year to be pretty choppy, like CHF and CAD so far, and it would be scarey to be the wrongdirection on trades that run for -1000 pips or more. - Regarding closing orders that triggers the Stop Loss or the entire basket...Tom's, as you know, only ...

@Tradydave Hi Dave. Just curious re: USD/CAD. I see at this time you are -800pips on atrade or two on this pair. Is there no Stop-loss programmed into FXCure 2.0?For experimentation, I would like to see a user-selectable number to plug infor S/L.And if possible, for Duration - because you can see, over time, long durationtrades, as a group, are losers usually. Now, that might be too bold of a blanketstatement because these long-duration trades are usually members of a basketof trades that may have closed net-positive, not sure......-D==========

Hi David.I really had little time because of some personal/financial/legal/family problems(if you know hat I mean.Only since after Christmas have I had time to look at Forex. Then I ran acrossthis REV Pro Trader (http://www.myfxbook.com/members/revtraderpro/rev-trader-pro-real/1043229)which is looking pretty good.I'll dig out what you sent me and set it up on FX forward test for next week's start.I agree your results are not bad. @fxtrader10: While we're on that, I saw similar T/P shenanigans over at IamFX.comwhere my beautiful Sell NZD/USD punched thru my T/P level by at least 5 pips, yetthe order was not closed, and wound up rebounding into a Loss!That's the problem with variable spreads - very convenient for IamFX to have alarge spread at that time. Just sayin'... Ever since then, I adjust my T/P's no matter what the Support/Resistance levelssay where the order 'should' bounce off.-D==================================================

@markdoc1 & anyone else regarding VPS and this EA:Many brokers offer FREE VPS's but they're always a wimpy Linux-based, non-windows desktop.(actually no Desktop in the ordinary sense at all)What I'm getting at you need to get a Windows-based VPS that has an actual desktop becausethis EA requires use of a Windows library file called "DNSAPI.dll" (called by REV Trader rtp25.dll) and won't work on these cheap/free VPSs.-----------------------------------...Just my 2¢-Drew==============================================================

-------Hmm, I read the article mentioned, and the suspicious GBPUSD data on October 9, 2014 from the sales page is there in myFxBook, same second, one order closes, another opens, 23 pips higher, yes, suspicious.Last point made by JLtrader (account should have wiped out at the very start), and today's serious drawdown without reversing or stopping out, makes me want to cancel my EA and ask for a refund.----------------Drew==============================

Sorry Greg. Not quite there yet. I think I need a better programmer. He's having some difficulty finding what goes wrong when the MT4terminal is opened/closed. Obviously, the virtual orders get messedand muliple orders get opened sometimes in the same minute!Note there is no error with multiplier 0 and when the terminal is neverre-started - for the last 2 versions.I'm going to start a new series tonight on my own VPS - I want tosee how (v0.98) performs when kept open.-Drew=========================================

Hi Everyone.There's adelay in the release of V1.0 - it will be v0.99 AFTER another 2 to 3 weeks.We have discoverd that the EA sometimes launches 2 trades on some pairs thatare only a minute or just several minutes apart, almost at the same price.So, some more observations have to be made and then modifications have tobe made in the EA. Or the suicidal kamikaze Japanese bank in November 2011 - wiped me out!-all pairs with JPY in them went +2000pips pretty much unchecked oversome week as their central bank massively devalued the Yen.-Drew
