Good luck with that!
Investing 100k and withdrawing 2k per month over a period of 50 months (around 4 years) is not 'trading' or 'making profit'. ;-)

It's actually est $6300 per month, with an unlocked account, investing $100k.

Okay, so after 16 months your investment will be gone, while the 'trader' made profit with that money and was also living from it (typical Ponzi scheme). ;-)
P.S.: If you really have so much money to invest you should go to your local insurance agency instead (like Allianz Group for example). Your money will be much more safe on the long run and you'll also get good profits after more than 10 years of investing. I'd never invest so much money into such weird and unregulated systems here. It's just unrealistic, and other people here also already warned:

Lets come back to same basics for that general guideline 'if it is too good to be true, it probably (certainly!) isn't' : A sane individual/company does not make an initial deposit of $10,000,000.00 in a bottom-feeding brokerage company, period. If the room smells like 'apple pie' (to use a polite substitute for smell source) , it is because there is 'apple pie' in the room. It is that simple. If they link their myfxbook page to a real broker (not a 'toy' broker), then I will re-consider my position. Hope this helps, please be safe and only work with credible financial institutions.

Hello everyone!
I'm also trying to understand more about RoFx. Regarding their broker they claimed the following (via chat):

Hello. How may I help you?

David 11:29:50 am
I, I have some issues concerning your service. Is there any strong reason why RoFx works with a unregulated broker?
If RoFx wold choose a regulated broker, the safety feeling of potential clients wold be stronger, don't you agree?

Customer Support 11:31:41 am
We cooperate with top European, American and Asian brokers licensed and regulated by the corresponding authorities.

David 11:32:56 am
In https://www.myfxbook.com/ the broker is 'Ester'
What other brokers do you work with and how can it be confirmed?

Customer Support 11:35:09 am
The list of the brokers we cooperate with changes depending on the conditions they provide. Ester is just one of the brokers we work with. The system is fully automated: when you generate an invoice, a broker is automatically assigned to you. So you'll be able to check all the detailed information on your broker in the invoice.

David 11:37:17 am
Sorry, I'm not understanding... Where can I check the broker assigned to me?

Customer Support 11:46:48 am
When you generated an invoice for 1000 EUR, its copy was sent to your email. After that you were supposed to print that invoice out and pay it at your bank or via online banking thus funding your RoFx account. That invoice you paid contains the information on the broker that was assigned to you when you generated the invoice in question. So if you want information on your broker you can find that invoice and check it there.

David 11:50:44 am
I've just checked it (invoice number: 67967.1). It only contains information about the Beneficiary bank account

Customer Support 11:51:04 am
Can you see the Beneficiary Account Name section?

David 11:52:50 am
Beneficiary Account Name: Aware Choice Limited

Customer Support 11:53:08 am
That's the name of the broker assigned to you.

David 11:54:37 am
I can´'t find any website of this broker...
Only this kind of info (when I google it):
Nature of business (SIC)
49200 - Freight rail transport
49410 - Freight transport by road
50200 - Sea and coastal freight water transport
51210 - Freight air transport
It doesn't seem to be a broker company!

Customer Support 11:57:28 am
When I google 'Aware Choice Limited' there is a lot if information and links. Please check your website settings, perhaps there are some kind of restrictions there or in the area where you're currently located.

David 11:57:52 am
can you send me the link?

Customer Support 11:58:45 am
Please google the information yourself, it's accessible for everyone.

David 11:59:35 am
this broker is not listed in any forex broker list!

You sent money to an unregulated broker... They can produce non-existing trades on their servers. Anyone with mql license can do it and it will show on myfxbook as real trading. That is why you always invest in a broker that is well regulated and has a reputation otherwise they can fake and do whatever they wish.
If I were you I would withdraw my initial deposit out while you can...

@SFinvest ... Some interesting stuff from you. I could, of course, counter by copying and pasting from everyone on here who has placed money in this vehicle and is VERY satisfied with their investment. Some have been with RoFX for multiple years, have withdrawn profits and have seen their accounts rise handsomely. Many are VIP customers ($100k+). I've not heard from anyone who has $1M in their account so I can't speak to such. Here are some counter points to your copy/paste argument methodology:

1. You assume these folks (and you're now in this camp) who have never put a dime into this vehicle are correct - they've lost out on at least 57% in three quarters during this year alone (assuming a $100k deposit). The actual number is higher as the figure posted does not take into account compounding gains.

2. You also point out that investing into a 'pie chart' company would be safer for one's money over 10 years, as if nobody here as any money invested in this way and their money in RoFX is all they might have to invest. I should also point out that we ALL are here on myfxbook - not exactly the bastion of the conservative investor.

3. You point out (through your copy/paste method) the broker is unregulated. This is true. What is missing, of course, is that MANY unregulated brokers exist with zero problems for the companies doing business with them or their customers. In fact, many of the vehicles on this site have such.

4. Finally, the advice I'll give you and all those reading: Do your own due diligence. Recognize the risks associated with this or any other investment. Since you are all ready here on myfxbook, I'll assume you recognize there are other ways to make money than calling Allianz Group. I'll also warn you there are people on this site who neither want you to make money AND have reasons to convince you something they have is better - that's called negative marketing - a vehicle that also works.

BE WELL! I'm heading out to spend some of my RoFX profits that just hit my bank account.
If it is to be it is up to me!

I actually changed my mind and invested $55k at the beginning of this year.

As of right now, I'm at $93k. And per my other posts, I will be pulling daily profits next year to pay myself back and then turn the auto reinvest back on and ride it out.

Thanks!

This part here:
However, it works with some of the top-performing brokerage units across Asia, America, and Europe, which are, in fact, under the administration of stringent financial authorities.
makes it just another one of those typical scam marketing blog posts.

Ester (the broker used for this Myfxbook account here) is definitely none of the top brokerages in Europe; it's an unknown broker with it's origin in Ukraine and/or Russia (and a p.o.box in Vanuatu). Everyone's alarm bells should be ringing as a lot of European scams (financial, marketing, b2b, b2c) are actually coming from this East Europe (and/or offshore brokers).

The biggest warning sign here should still be the review by @drarq as quoted in my other posts before. As long as you need to send your money to some weird companies which have nothing to do with forex and not even with financial software of any kind, you should be aware that everything you'll read about them could be a huge scam where, at some point in the near future, people could lose all of their money (or the rest that is left on such weird Ponzi scheme accounts).

Subject: RoFx official statement

This week many mass media announced that Berkshire Hathaway that belongs to Warren Buffet is intended to buy majority stock holding of RoFx which is going IPO.

We would like to inform that this is a premature announcement. We will keep you updated.

Exactly, this is a paid blog. Note the Yahoo article is not original content: '(Syndicated press content)'
Nether is the Seeking Alpha one: 'Please Note: Blog posts are not selected, edited or screened by Seeking Alpha editors.'

And Warren Buffet going into an unverified unregulated broker, come on guys!!! Don't be naive. Warren would never ever invest in such a company without any audit. Min. what he requires is a 3rd party audit by Ernst & Young...

my opinion is that it is part of another marketing wave from them - perform a google search with a sentence 'RoFx IPO: One of the best Forex robots is going public' and the same article (certain wording is changed to pass the google bots' unique content SEO Parameter) has been published across many media sites; some large, some small and some certainly part of a PBN (personal blog network) which are designed purely for ranking.

the hyperlink within the article namely https://forex-review.com/rv/rofx-review/ is likely owned or affiliated with RoFX (check out how many active URLs on this site, not many) or again it is part of a PBN which is like a giant spider's web of links eventually pointing to the target site.

the motive for such an announcement? possibly preparing to offer preferential shares to its loyal client base before going public.
or simply increased SEO ranking to attract further business.

either way I am sure they will benefit from it. kudos.

For sure.
And all the people here who invested something still think they'll get all their money back over the years. But actually they most probably won't.
Investing 100k and getting just 6k per month back would take you 16-17 months to get all of your invested money back, there'd be still no profits included. The withdrawal of profits would just start after those 17 months. You can read so many articles about it:
