I don't know about ALL the pairs Revtrader trades... The way I judge trend by simple price action, eurusd is still down and I could still make that case with audusd, though it's a closer call. EURUSD is so emotional right now if the Greek finance minister rubs his left nostril rather than his right, it could send euro up 1000 pips. In truth the data was a mixed bag. NFP headline and unemployment beat. But average hourly earnings fell and missed pretty big. It's what puts the BS in the BLSBS. One full time ditch-digger loses his job and is replace by two part time guys. One guy digs a ditch, the other one fills it in with the same dirt. I don't know what the doubters want. You have a verified myfxbook trade record going back over a year. Sure, there were some discrepancies on the prior bank of NZDUSD trades, which I raised on here publicly myself. But those discrepancies have been resolved as a temporary error in the myfxbook platform. My simple answer to those screaming "SCAM" is I doubled what I paid for the system last month on a $10K account. As for why people think that... It's because I really can't think of any EA that's stood the test of time. The key to being the first, Doug, as you probably know is to keep at the tweaking and optimizing. I hear the guy who bought megadroid. I was one of those also. If memory serves, at least that one didn't end in tears... It simply went to sleep and stopped trading, right?

I would guess you have a problem with your set file or something. I would double and triple check your settings, because while I have mine shut off, I can't imagine it taking trades today by any understanding I have of the way the thing operates (doug, correct me if i'm wrong!).

One small point... Last time I checked, Doug was managing a $200K+ account with this same ea. That's an incentive to keep it tuned and up to date, I think.

WOW! Interesting analysis, batchboy. But my point is precisely that the system has gone through a few revisions with new set files in just the very short time it's been around. If you go into myfxbook and do a custom analysis for NZDUSD, the closed trades in question do appear. But looking at the myfxbook as a whole they do not. Very strange, since the NZDUSD analysis should be a subset of the whole. This is a bug in myfxbook, not misconduct by the ea authors/purveyors.

Well, look at what it's doing. I guess you are limited in that regard if you don't own a copy. Trade direction seems keyed off a moving average. When it's down and a currency pair gaps the other way, it takes short trades. It uses a couple other indicators as filters, however (high-low, stochs). Gwindy has had quite a run. As much as I thought I had the risk turned up on AUDUSD though, looks like he's running 50% bigger for his account size!AUDUSD has a huge SL in revtrader, but historically, it's been by far the safest currency to trade with this ea.Just hope for both our sakes this mean reversion stuff doesn't apply to relative performance on the currency pairs.

Haven't used that myfxbook account in forever. I'd forgotten about it! Also, I'm not just trading revtraderpro, but occasionally take on harmonic pattern manual trades (H4 chart) as well.

My record was different because my executions were different. I think the NZD trade currently showing on myfxbook is something altogether different, a trade from last friday that closed at end of week. But then there was another NZD trade opening this week. For some reason, my account got me into it earlier than doug's account at at a level somewhat (8 or so pips) more favorable. So in the subsequent drop, the initial trail-stop got triggered in my account and I was stopped out on that at a loss of 5 pips (8 with slippage). Doug never trail-stopped out, so kept adding for a total of 3...

I actually feel a bit better seeing that fxblue record. I'd withhold judgement a bit. But in my experience updating at myfxbook is usually very quick. Strange...Doug does deserve the benefit of the doubt (on a short leash) in a field where very few do. My experience with this EA though brief is actually profitable and he is pretty unique in continuing to support his product with updates and tweaks. Hope he continues with that. Nevertheless, getting burned by an ea scammer is not exactly an uncommon experience.JMHO.
